I have zero doubt in my mind that we will get a happy ending. I'm guessing that the supposed three endings are - Happy, Sad, Ambiguous open for interpretation.

My personal opinion - I truly think it is a fake breakup that they orchestrated to just calm things down and to focus on finishing up their education and gaining more financial independence. Deep down we all know how this is going to end - We will definitely get a happy ending.

Actually now that I've had some time to calm down and reflect on episode 11 I think I like it. The song broke me. But I'm putting myself back together. I wish they did not show the episode 12 preview or I wish I did not see it, because the ep 12 preview completely overshadowed episode 11 for me and loomed large over it.
