LOL, brilliant stuff! Confession: I admit, I have been guilty of the The No-Spoiler Review >.> I gave a mediocre review of a film and it got a lot of "not helpful"s. I thought it was just because people are not happy I didn't like their favorite, but then saw that I'd compared it to a popular film that pretty much gave the end away and realized "oh...I see..." and deleted the review xD It was obvious to me how it would turn out from just reading the synopsis, but it was probably spoilerific to others.
My favorites are the Aesthetic, Rosetta Stone, and especially Clairvoyant. I amazed on a near daily basis how many people have discovered time travel.

Isn't it yummy! :D I was excited to find a picture of him that I hadn't seen before. There seem to be so few out there ;_; I keep waiting for a flood of photo shoots after the popularity of Gaksital, but just getting cricket noises so far. Unless I'm missing them...
You too! It ended up being one of my favorite surprises, one of those dramas that I thought "this looks boring, but I'll try -_-" and then after the first or second epi I'm hugging my monitor going "I LUFF U O_O". +1 for you comments in the thread, by the way. I didn't think you came off as angry or hurt at all, just a little frustrated (or maybe not even that) and I 100% agree with that frustration and reasons behind it. Anyway, to each his own methods, I guess xD
It was such a fun, heartfelt drama that felt uncharacteristically real and relatable for that genre, though. One of those rare ones that I want to re-watch.
Secret Garden and Heartstrings were the first that came to mind, definitely. Shut Up FBB would probably duel it out with Heartstrings for my number one spot, though. Bridal Mask, City Hunter, and 49 Days would be my other 3. Oops, that's 6. Oh well :D
This drama completely deserves the number one spot on this site. The feels this thing produces. The FEELS. I've seen a few comments here and there about people not being sure about this because it has to do with a historical time period that they, as a non-Korean, wouldn't really relate to. No. That is not the case. If you are at all human, or even alien, you will not only relate but you'll be put on an emotional roller-coaster sprinkled with moments of serious inspiration and maybe even some Korean patriotic feelings. Haha, maybe too much hype xD I really didn't expect this to be so good, but it shot up to one of all time favorites.
Such a fantastic article! And so relatable. It's funny how we drama fans go through similar journeys and thought processes xD I vaguely remember when love squares were this new and utterly fascinating experience. "We know now what we?re going to like or not like, and in some ways it?s more exciting than when it was all new." So true!

Dude. I first joined Tumblr and I'm like "hmm, looks kinda fun. I'll just follow some stuff and look it for funsies" and before long I'm this red-eyed Tumblr addict. I'm beginning to see the addiction to this thing... I need help in stopping the hours from flying away to the Tumblr vacuum D:
Yup, if it turns out badly or a fave show gets canceled I feel murderous. Asian d's are too short for cancellations and if it sucks, my rage is toned down to a typed rant. So much less stress.
WOOT! Oh my, it's mere hours before your freedom! Celebrate it well!
I haven't seen all of them (skimmed quickly past a couple while shielding eyes), but totally on board with this…
All 3 Taiwanese (well, I did start Devil Beside You, but put on hold before the kiss scenes started, I think. Terrible mistake!) and Worlds Within. Totally inspired to watch them now though!
I haven't seen all of them (skimmed quickly past a couple while shielding eyes), but totally on board with this list. Lie To Me's Coke kiss was one of those that made my draw drop and had me hitting my rewind button a few times. Plus thinking that I SO wanna try that, for real.
Seeing a pattern with Yoon Eun Hye here. Actresses of the great country of SK, please study her! I know kissing scenes can be awkward, but you can do it! Fighting and all that jazz!

Haha, that's probably the much smarter way to deal with them. And yes! The picture of calm, weather-wise, with autumn blessedly rolling in.
Not as romantic as it seems in the movies, eh? xD The smells might be pretty tolerable for me since I grew up around large farm animals. Aahh I miss riding horses ;_; And always wanted to try riding on sands.
Ah, seasons are troublesome. It's why I watch so little American TV. So many seasons that tend to be drawn out long after the show is dead :P Will have to look for Asi!
P.S. Following you on Tumblr! I just got one recently, although I have yet to really do anything with it |D First glance: O. EM. GEE. Those chocolate gifs. I'm drooling a lake O.O

Lol, I had to go and rewatch that scene again just to relive it xD Oh, it's funny. You wouldn't expect an actor that good looking to be so funny, but his timing and expressions are always so hilariously perfect xD

I haven't watched the Doctor yet D: I know, travesty. Life decided to be hectic, and then my housemate wanted me to wait until she could watch it with me, which won't be till tomorrow. But there's no thread?! I'll go make one! Aha, slightly nervous. I'll be breaking my new thread cherry. You'll have to let me know if I should use different images or any other changes.

So jelly!! :O I can't wait for whenever I get to visit Seoul in my lifetime. Going to stuff myself with all the tempting food that sets my mouth watering in dramas, haunt ahjumma-run food stands, visit historic sites, filming sites, buy a hanbok -sigh- Gonna be amazing~ And EGYPT. ohemgeeee. Temples! Pyramids! Bazaars! Aaaah, so jelly D: I need to calm down |D
Hmm, I've never tried Turkish dramas or the like. Will have to seek those out sometime. Haha, I totally understand your mom xD HYD was my very first drama (my undying love for the manga led me to finally trying out live-action dramas), and yeah. I couldn't even get through 5 min before shutting it off with a "bleh, not the same" xD
There's no way I would have succeeded finding a routine during school! Crazy schedules and stress is just too much. It'll probably get easier to find your work out niche later on :)

Wow, even if it's almost, still quite impressive to me. It seems no matter where you are, you'll most likely never get stuck, unable to ask where the bathroom is (or, what is it in UK...Loo.. Toilet.. Water closet.. Something xD). Very important.
Last I heard the count was about 5 or 6. Of course sad that there's any deaths, but it's a huge relief it's so small compared to the onslaught in recent years. Probably one reason the death toll was so low was because ppl were really freaking as it was the anniversary date of Katrina, so they took better precautions. Living in tornado country as I do, it can get a little freaky, but you just do what you gotta do and kind of get used to it. Ah, Helen Hunt was my childhood hero in that movie! One of many things I badly wanted to be was a twister chaser like her xD

Hmm, I honestly I think I like every season so far equally, but differently. That Arthur/Gwen drama wasn't fun, even though we knew it had to come at some point. I liked how they spun it differently than the traditional story. Pretty clever. I did understand Arthur's reaction and if I were in his shoes, probably never would have been able to marry her, unless I learned the truth of course. But I'm cold-hearted like that xD

Baker King is good. I think. Because I haven't finished it. And I've been working on it for like a year now xD I can't really explain why I'm struggling so much with this thing, because I like it (and omg JOO WON). I think I'm just dreading what's going to happen. Been stuck on this one episode for a couple of months now, and I think I just am putting off seeing certain things happen that I know will happen. I don't know. I have a strange relationship with this drama.
But because I started a year ago I can totally be all hipster and say that I knew and loved and crushed on Joo Won before Bridal Mask 8D He's not as good as in Bridal Mask, but still so, so good. Such a scene-stealer. Every scene he's in it's like all the other actors might as well sit down and take a break. He's all "oh, this scene is supposed to be about the main actor? Sorry, I'm in here, so it's actually my scene now".
