I agree with all the POV's about the Tin/Can relationship as well. Very interesting insights into their charactarizations. But, I give a shout out to Synchonicity...I too, thought that Tin's backstory was the most fascinating. Because, of all the other characters in the series, Tin was only the character where, we the viewing audience, got to see a little of what made their character the way he was, the same with Can (his relationship with his family, etc.)...I realize the story focused mainly on Ae and Pete..But, once their story started, we all kind of knew that they would weather all storms and end up happily together. But, Tin and Can kept us wondering (and hoping). I think theirs really was Love by Chance.....

@Miss_Bunique I just wanted to add one thing. You listed 8 factors: Love, trust, compromise, loyalty, effort,…
Thanks! Now, with the Korn and Pete storyline. I'm still trying to wrap my head around all of that.

Syncrhonicity, you're right fans have been debating this for quite a while. I, at first thought about it as rape, given these facts, as part of the storyline dialogue: 1) Fuse continuously told Tee that he wanted to leave and go home - Tee did not do that; 2) Fuse was obviously intoxicated and Tee was not; and 3) Tee was in control of himself, and it's unsure if Fuse really knew what was going on...In my mind , sexual assault was cut and dry. Then, later, much later in fact, after reading many of the posts (pro and con), and reviewing the profiles of the actors and the characters. I started to modify my thoughts. In the series, these boys were just that "boys". I mean they were teen characters "played " by teens. Teenagers are still maturing, developing, and making their way through this world. They make mistakes, such as drinking, and having sex, as a result of drinking., and poor choices. It is easy to presume that Tee , in his immature state, thought Fuse wanted to really have sex, because Tee heard him ask the question about it. Now, should've Tee taken Fuse seriously? Probably, not. However, their still immature teenage boys. Was it rape? Probably so, technically speaking (especially in some cultures). However, Tee did acknowledged what he did and apologized the next morning, when he discovered that Tee really didn't know what happened. That showed some maturity.

I understand and appreciate the anger many fans are displaying about the cheating but so many people, in real…
Interesting perspective on the Knock and Korn "show". I tend to agree with you that some, if not many, of those posting comments "might" be projecting , as you stated. I also agree with you that when alcohol is involved, people may often make poor choices. I'm sure I made a few myself. And, probably many others may have made similar poor choices. However, I don't believe that this has to be the norm. I believe in positive change. And, I do believe that such change "can" begin with the writers and producers of these BL dramas to at least assist in portraying favorable examples of LGBTQ+ relationships. The media is a powerful tool that can help to change (or at least modify) negative societal mores, attitudes, and predjudices against the LGBTQ+ community. These BL dramas become fairly popular throughout Asia and around the world, with many people watching them. So, why not use that tool for positive change...I still hope and believe (stupidly, some may say) that the media still can be "a force for good" if allowed and encouraged to do so. I really can't see how portryaing positive relationships is a bad thing....Or am I that wrong???

You think Can was stupid, Here comes the lord of stupids P'No.In ep 14 his face confused? embarrased?, idk but…
Kla did a stupid, selfish, immature, shi**y and criminal thing to P'No. That's what he did. Now, if that was in the novel (I heard the series was based on a novel), shame on the writer!!! This whole "rape them and they fall in love with you" thing is just plain wrong...It sends the wrong message to everyone...And, I hope the many, many true BL fans worldwide do not think that any storyline involving sexual assault is cool....

Oh sorry I guess they're gonna remake it(?) wow that's honestly worse lmao
LOL!! Yeah, and I believe the issue had to do with God Itthipat Thanit (P'Phana) 's manager not wanting him to portray anymore BL characters.....these managers must be something else! lmao....

If there's no season 2, I totally believe that there will be a remake. Just like 2Moons, LBC has been very popular and successful. Success usually means continuation...

Perth's managers are also Can's managers so I think at the moment the director still not want to work with them…
I think they will do a season 2. Tooooo much popularity associated with it not to have one. But, if the director, writers, and actors are different, Hikari may be right....let's just hope all return for a S2!!!

Wow! I did not know that ...thanks! Too bad! I guess that if there's going to be a season 2 at all, it may be with an all new cast...maybe...who knows!
On Love by Chance Nov 18, 2018
You know, I wouldn't be surprised that a season 2 isn't in the works highlighting Tin /Can. I don't believe they (nor their managers) were involved in the "stuff" with Saint and Perth's managers. The director and writers could do a shortened season (4 or 5 episodes) and provide some closure to that relationship for the fans. Ae and Pete actually had closure (with the exception of Ae's family being informed of his relationship with Pete). I just hope they don't decide to do a season 2, but recast the main characters....

When I scroll the comments I see rape, rape, rape but I never saw it that way O.OThey were both drunk and didn't…
I guess everyone might view that episode differently. At first, I thought it was rape. Then read Pedro Guida's post and went back to view it again, The second time, I was watching far more intensely than I did the first time. Now, I stand by my original post. And, although it does appear, as you stated, Knock didn't resist. It appeared to me that Korn initiated the action, knowing full well they were both drunk, and it appeared as though HE knew what he was doing,. And by Knock's reaction in the morning, Knock apparently did NOT want to or intend to have sex with Korn. It always scares me when people purposely have (or try to have) sex with other people when they're drunk. I think that is seriously crossing the line. But, unfortunately, it happens quite a lot in real life, and not just in BL dramas.....

Knock and Cho should take revenge on their cheating partners by sleeping with each other lmao!
Wouldn't that be an interesting plot twist!!! lmao, too!!

@Gottillc"contrived plots, badly written dialog, and inconsistent characterisations are right on point”I agree…
Good point about the demographics of the writers! I really didn't think about like that....You're probably right. But, as I stated in my last post, I'm sure the writers and the director are likely going to have Knock do something equally as "stupid" and "wrong" as Korn did , so they can be back on "even " ground....and how more contrived can you get than that...That's the way it appears in next week's preview (with Knock in bed with Pete)...again, give me a break...
I can probably guess how this story plays out. If the previews from next week are any indication, Knock appears to be going down the same path that Korn went, possibly sleeping with Pete (revenge sex). Then Korn will find out and be angry with him. This will go on for the next few episodes and eventually they'll get back together in the end, as if all is forgiven. It will totally make the fans go wild. And, if the rest of the story does play out something like this, then it will prove how contrived these plots really are......but, it'll be entertaining...lol
