Are there really going to be just 12 eps? After ep 11 it looks like a lot of things have still not been dealt…
Yep! They're going to try to wrap up everything with 1 ep. But, as whack as they series has been, I'm not surprised. Even the preview of ep. 12 seems STUPID. Here's what I mean: 1) Why would Kamol care that De was Kim ex? He picked Kim in a bar and he found Kim at De's house. DUH! A 6-year old could that there's a connection. 2) Why is Danil only concerned about Kamol's retirement? And, 3) how come we haven't heard Kamol or Kim tell each other "I love you" or "I Like you"? Hmmm!
I've rewatched this and part 2 several times now. And, IMO. this is STILL undoubtedly one of the best (if not the best) of the Taiwanese/South Korean BLs to come out in years! Hands down!
You can watch it here. Just be sure to watch season 2, which is actually the second part of season 1. They do the "time jump" in the middle. When you watch it, you'll understand.

Well, for one, he's obviously involved with the mafia (even if all he does is fix their cycles). He made it clear to Rain what "they" are capable of. Who knows what other nefarious stuff Phayu is involved with.
Okay. Someone enlighten me. Was all the stuff that happened on the beach just a series of "dream" sequences or did they actually occur? I couldn't really tell.
Well, after rewatching KP again, I'm sorry but I have to stand by my first impression of the series. Yes, it definitely different than your typical bls. Yes, it kind of broke ground in "some" areas in the bl industry. Yes, the acting was pretty good and the actors were good looking. And, yes, getting to see Mile's and Apo's butts and those love making scenes were pretty hot. Yes, yes, yes, and then some. However, it still doesn't take away from KP still relying on old tropes, stereotypes. gratuitous violence, "rape" and a Mafia background to sell the story. That's nothing more than bits and pieces of other BLs wrapped in a "better" package. Nothing more and nothing less.
But, I did actually like it! It was different, and I think that was the whole point.

Nope. This is what you'll get from Mame BLs. It's her "calling card." Her novels and stories often focus on dominant "manly tops" pursuing and manipulating subservient "effeminate bottoms." But, it's all done with a cutesy, lovey-dovey backdrop to make it seem "romantic." At least there's no date rape or noncom behavior in this series, at least not yet.
Ok. I have to agree with most of the other posters. This ep was crap! Kamol being upset that Kim was with Day is simply a ridiculous plot. Also, for Evan to be such a powerful Mafia leader, he sure as hell can't handle his own younger brother, especially when he's throwing a tanturm. And why didn't Kim tell Kamol that Danil threatened his family and friends??? If this was all in the novel, then it had to be one crappy novel, IMO. But, they're going to wrap everything up in the next ep. YEAH! Then, this mess will be over and we can move on .
OK! The plot is starting to seriously drag! I'm not sure if it's the slow pacing, or the continuous bouncing around of "who's with who?" But, it needs to pick up the pace.
