Yeah her diction is really good! She has a clear concise way of speaking. Which is perfect for historical dramas. Just an observation of her acting I noticed certain bits.

You perfectly describe my thoughts on SSK. I do like her here. I don’t think she’s bad. She has good/clear diction. I think some of her expressions doesn’t hit the way it should? It’s only been 2 ep so my opinions about her might change later on.

JJS really has an electrifying aura as Jin Han. My eyes are glued to him. He acts with his face very well & his diction-line delivery is great!

Their interactions are so good 🤭💖 I can feel the depth of their gazes especially from Jin Han. He is so mesmerized & attracted to Mong Woo. I wanted to watched all the trailers to see more. I can assure you that the scene of them almost kissing is very sizzling ❤️ Jin Han & Mong Woo gazing at eachother is swoon-worthy but bittersweet.

Yes, I think he will eventually know her real identity once she enters the court. This drama gives me Royal Nirvana vibes. Hopefully it won’t be as heartbreaking as that drama. I know I will get mad & sad watching this since HeeSoo & Jin Han will end up on opposing sides. But I love the yearning & angst! 🤣🥲

I watched most of the teasers available and I'm curious about the timeline? Jin Han takes the thrown (he has a beard) which means there is a gradual timeskip? Jin Han is still friends with HeeSoo when she’s Mong Woo by then? When the revenge take place, HeeSoo would have to leave since she will be trained by Master Chu? I'm not sure if her father gets killed or maybe imprisoned? I hope nothing happens to Hong Jang.

I looked at the character profile & it seems like Court Lady Dong has a thing for Jin Han. Jin Han & HeeSoo are opposing & affection. Myung Ha seems like he’ll be helping HeeSoo as a friend but he also likes HeeSoo. In one of the trailer Jin Han says ‘Mong Woo, I like you’ 🤭💖 In another trailer they almost kiss/Jin Han puts his hand on HeeSoo cheek (dressed as Mong Woo)

I don’t think it was clear either?It seems like he was not taking his medicine lately until Jin Han came back & told him to take it. So I’m thinking that he was sick. If he was poisoned, I think they would have done a thorough investigation beforehand.

I’m enjoying JJS performance here a lot! There’s so much emotions in his eyes! The gazes he gives Mong Woo🤭 & his crying/tearful scenes. JJS plays the emotional aspect of Jin Han very well & the serious parts.

JJS face suits historical dramas. I know he was in Nokdu Flower but I haven’t seen it. It’s been a long time I’ve watched his stuff since OMyGhostess.

Because of the rumors of Jin Han being a spy of the enemies & to dethrone the king.

Jin Han is JEALOUS 🤭 He says he wanted to play baduk with Mong Woo but MW went with Myung Ha instead. He also says that Mong Woo must tell Myung Ha things he doesn’t tell Jin Han & that Myung Ha must know Mong Woo’s real name already.

Moon Gun Young was phenomenal in painter in the wind. She portrayed a young man very well - the mannerism , lower tone voice, & no makeup.

They can make Jin Han bisexual! That would be great. He can like men & women 🤭😌 He’s a royal grand prince, he can have the man or woman of his dreams!

Also, You should check out Jeong Nyeon! It will be released in Oct 2024! It will be a women-centric drama with a great cast of women actors! It’s based on a Webtoon with actual queer women characters & relationships! I’m hoping they stick closely to the Webtoon story! Especially the queer love story/couple.
