It’s just personal preference. If it’s boring to some then that’s fine. I feel the complete opposite since this is my kind of genre that I like to watch. It has a little bit of everything. Plus it’s KTR so I will watch it for her ✨😌.

YJ started his career late but it seems intentional from a writing standpoint to have it start around Ep 6 since we got to see him at his lowest point & working odd jobs and whatnot. I think we’ll get to see more of him as a reporter from this point on. My only gripe is if the story arc for HD when she’s not in Highschool /adult comes in too late. I’d like to see her more as an adult rather than a kid if that makes sense. I do hope for more taeyang squad.

Kind of wish we got to see how YJ landed a job as a reporter instead of it being a time skip thing so I definitely agree. But this is YJ job as a rookie so I think this is the start where he learns how to be one. I do hope we get to see him grow as a reporter since we seen HD’s growth as a fencer.

The first 4 ep sets up the general cast of characters & their relationship to each other. So it’s like the first act of the story. It picks up plot wise in ep5 and up.

This drama isnt going to be for everyone which is fine. I personally loving it right now.

There’s other tons drama airing, find something you like.

I think there will be another heartbreak but also a separation. They meet again when HD is 20(19) out of highschool.

HD still owes YJ money for the book so hopefully the the icecream scene between HD & YJ pops up this week🍦.

To me, their separation wasn’t because they fell out of love, maybe they couldn’t be together due to some circumstances. And just because they aren’t physically together (in the present) doesn’t mean they don’t think about each other. It’s obvious they still do. I get the feeling that if YJ is alive, he knows he has a daughter. HD probably never told MC she has a dad(alive) because of something, which the viewers doesn’t know about yet. I get the feeling that if HD mom met YJ(alive) then at one point so did HD in the present.

Yes there will be one & hopefully more lol. In fact this is what he said during the live press conference before the show aired about KTR & NJH as leads-

"No matter what scene they filmed, be it a funny, romance, or -if i were to give you a spoiler- a kiss scene, everything they prepared was beautiful, sad, elegant and pretty."

I’m looking forward to it since it’s KTR first onscreen kiss with a male costar.
