I feel the age gap might be a plot point later on so I like that it’s already addressed since a love relationship between a minor & an adult is a no.

I’m emphasized this because it’s important to distinguish kid and adults at the certain age since kids could be taken advantage of without knowing by adults. That’s why we have laws to protect kids. 😒 You keep saying age doesn’t matter but it does. HD is 17 a kid. YJ is 21 an adult. That’s facts. Let’s not try to romanticize things happening between them already cus it’s not. They are just friends for now.

I’m saying that what happens between them is just platonic for now. There is nothing wrong with romance but HD is technically a 17 hichschooler & YJ isn’t. Even YJ knows to distinguish that between them.

It’s alright. 2521 is well received so far in SK & even international ratings. Lots of K celebrities and Western journalist are even talking about the show.

Im surprised that 2521 douban score is higher than MDL. It just shows that viewership in China is definitely tuning in for this show. An 8.6 is really high for tv standards in China. For a Korean show to be that high, that’s a good sign.
