The 1950s were hip, though, and she wants to be a musical theatre performer, so this won’t be some stuffy war…
The story is set postwar Korea in 1956. During a time SKorea had to restart their economy & industry. The Webtoon is lively & not dreadful war stuff.

TikTok & vid edits are the only thing that’s promoting the show that makes people want to watch it. 😭😒

I think that's how his character is written, but clearly he is delivering well in emotions aspect when the scenes…
Yes! OJS also delivers in the emotional aspect. Even the quieter softer moments.

This episode made me like his character even more. I'm sure he's referring to the man he sees in his home. It's…
I think it might be a reference to his parents too. He has a family photo that he looks at. Not sure if he ever saw them in ghost form but I think it’s something he might had wanted to see but can’t.

I’m curious about the kid he sees.

pure/full blown horror genres are actually better as a movie than series so i'm not fully complaining if this…
It has eerie & ghost elements. But not the blood, gore, and jumpscare aspect in the usual mainstream fashion. Since it is based on real life research about SK folklore & practices, I don’t think KEH wanted to exaggerate certain aspects & instead wanted it to be more grounded.

Actually, sad endings are better than happy endings. Pain stays much longer and it makes you love the pairing…
I don’t think it will be a sad ending (hoping the main trio make it alive to the end) moreso there won’t be anything romantically concrete between the SY & HongS

His acting is good here. I mean his character is supposed to be repressed & a bit socially awkward so it seems…
Plus he listens to ritual songs, not k-pop 🤣

HaeS is candid & nonchalant. OJS is playing that aspect of HaeS well.

Imo the best case scenario for fans of this pair is that we see one sided feelings, from his side. Similar to…
Yes I want to see more of Semi. I think she’ll play a key role. Looks like next week is a wedding party? so Semi has to be there too. Although SY may not be herself 😬

I don’t think there’ll be anything concrete between SY & HongS. Nothing wrong with shipping, ship all you want folks! 😆

I really enjoy SY & HaeS dynamic. In terms of relationship onscreen, it has the most substance in the show so far. Plus, KTR & OJS acting-energy bounces off each other well. They have great chemistry.

The scene where SY watches snow while
HS is there, I'm like yeah this isn't going where romance fans want it to 🤣

When KTR character has a snow scene with a ML (love interest/crush) it does not end in happy rainbows. Not in Mr Sunshine or 2521. 😅

oh jungse's acting is sooo poor here to me at least the way he acts and delivers the lines is so fake
His acting is good here. I mean his character is supposed to be repressed & a bit socially awkward so it seems intentional in the way he’s delivering his lines (almost in a dry humor kind of way?) He’s doing a great job to me.
