Phenomenal chemistry. It is easy to discern the subtle nuances, if dealt with the stress and pressures in life and gloomy thoughts. Amazing cast and characters. Loved Kim Da Mi as usual and I'm more impressed with Choi Woo Shik in this drama than Parasite.
hey can you tell like why is he being hated so much?I just started but I love spoilers
Against the backdrop of the characteristic 18th century misogyny, all throughout 70 episodes he proudly exhibits traits of narcissism for someone with a peanut brain. Under faux tsundere, he is shown to be loving towards the goat empress once a while. Hence, I'd say he knew about her sufferings and her desire to be free but denied her an escape by turning a blind eye. The head of an entire nation seems to believe all his problems regardless of it's significance are due to one chick, yet he vehemently denies Fuheng her hand in marriage only to later add her to his harem :| Since you've just started, I hope your experience isn't dampened and enjoy the other bits :D
Amazing drama! Don't hold back. Yes it can be unnerving to watch the leads in such quirky role unlike their previous ones but they deliver beautifully. Also, it's belly achingly hilarious.
Watched it bc I was intrigued when someone commented there're no misunderstandings; yeah, not true. More than enjoying, I'd say it kept me busy enough to escape boredom.
Perhaps because they aired around same time, Devil Judge gloriously pales before Law School. LS had logic and reasoning while DJ was just a brainless dick contest. Also, Sun Ah was a miscast, maybe Seo Ye Ji would've been a better choice. And after watching several PJY dramas, I'd say he's got some serious work cut out for him as an actor.
Loved the drama, good logic and strategies with hints of romance, calm and calculated, only the quest for truth. As post-grad student, the academic routines and stress hit home. Some could find the end draggy but I honestly wouldn't have it any other way. Yes, it is anticlimactic but possibly closest to reality.
Quiet/slowburn love (not just romantic love but family, sibling, friends and also self) is the warm blanket amidst a cold weather. Some of my personal fav: Law School Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha Hospital Ship Hospital Playlist 1 & 2 Remembrance of Things Past (tw) Move to Heaven To My Star Record of Youth One Spring Night My Mister Run On Miss Hammurabi A Beautiful Mind Hello Monster Into the Ring Misaeng: Incomplete Life When the Camellia Blooms Because This Is My First Life A Piece of Your Mind When the Weather Is Fine Come and Hug Me Just Between Lovers It's Okay to Not Be Okay
Amazing performance by Chen Kun. Ning Yi is a phenomenal character. Can't say the same about fl though. Loved the drama but dropped it around ep 50, could sense it's crash landing.
Hopeless cinematography, set design, action sequences for a 2020 drama. Not for adults or anyone with genuinely seeking to something novel, children could enjoy it though.
PS- liking the quickie format, hope to see more of it.
