I am not a huge blind AI hater but true art comes from real human feelings, pain, and joy that a machine cannot truly feel or share. The reasons the director gives doesn't cut it for me personally. AI models are often trained on the work of real artists and writers without giving them credit or money. AI replaces human actors, camera operators, and crew members who need this work to live. And So Ji Sub's answer to the AI generated sequence is just a PR answer and I don't even blame him for that. Not saying this happened to him and other people involved in the sequence but soon companies might use human likenesses or voices to train AI without paying the workers a fair share or asking for proper permission.

Damn, I watched this show in 2018 and feels like a fever dream honestly. It was my first time consuming Japanese content in any format other than anime and holy, it felt so weird. It was an extremely hard but fun watch. I still remember that it was sorta funny not plot wise per say but bc of how ridiculous it felt. I enjoyed it though ahhah. Maybe I should rewatch a couple of episodes

She is the kinda pretty that most women will find her pretty but as guys she is just a decent actress and nothing special lookwise. Not really sure I've ever watched Song Kang acting but in clips he seems to be a decent actor. But Kim So Hyun and Ryu Hye Young don't really speak to me. I wouldn't say they are bad but they same very stiff imo, especially Kim So Hyun who is pretty popular, she reminds me of Japanese drama actresses. 4B was an example to the underlying issue in Korea. I am not saying this drama has anything to do with it in particular, I was just pointing out its more than just collaboration with Japanese industry, there is definitely a soft-power aspect. It's a great move monetarily but also to shape the image of Korean men and women in Japan as highly romantic, stylish and desirable.
