a story like this doesn't have to have a buildup. the character doesn't have to gradually fall in love like in most dramas. The story jumped right into it and the characters still have a lot of potential to develop. Especially when you know what's to come (if you know the story from the book) I personally enjoy the pacing very much.
this series is amazing gosh. Gun is killing it as always and the soundtrack is beautiful and the story and the characters are very well written. can't wait for the rest of the season. (I haven't read the book though so I don't have a comparison.)
easily one of the most endearing dramas I've seen. I've lived through every emotion possible during these 8 episodes and I'm a puddle of emotions after the finale. the chemistry between the actors is incredible. The story, despite touching on a sensitive subject, is told in a very lovely and compassionate way. Thun's journey of self discovery leading to his coming out was definitely a highlight for me, since it's something not a lot of dramas talk about. At least not to this extent. Dedicating an entire episode to his coming out is very laudable. other than that, the soundtrack is very nice and the finale was extremely heartwarming with a strong message. 12/10 arguably one of the best thai dramas out there imo.
the latest episode is still unsubbed though.
