I think they were just playing around with Pat? If you see their outfits, it matches with the one in EP10 preview where Pat makes a loud confession to Pran (staircase scene). So I don't think its anything serious! Maybe they just had to pretend they are still fighting because of the faculty rivalry. That being said, I still hope Wai redeems himself fully in the upcoming episodes but I have a feeling they won't touch on it anymore because of the parent's story next. And that will take up a huge part.

Well said! Indeed Pran went through lots of ups and downs, and every time he pushes Pat away, there is always a reason behind it. But once he gains assurance that Pat loves him too, he goes out to show Pat that he loves him equally as well, just not in the same way as Pat.
