1st q old sojoon didnt try to maintain his relationship with marin because he knew marin will have bad relationship with him and actually ending up died at 2019. The current sojoon is tried at his best to maintain their relationship and actually changed his fate.
2nd q iirc because of the car collision old sojoon who watch marin from far got hit by the car as well. the new sojoon didnt die at ep 3
3rd q iirc he said he was young so he just leave marin her mom just because he didnt prepared to be dad yet

Finally i finish the drama seriously this drama is really underappreciated by both ifans & kfans. Well probably this drama is too difficult to understand by some people but how it's only got max 3.7% rating on it's home country??? smh. Anyway this drama is really warm & romantic. The story, acting ,music, and cinematography was top notch. I really love how Jin Soo Wan didnt need to give a cheesy lines or steamy act to made this become romantic drama (and i actually enjoy this kind of romantic better than those overly cheesy diabetic sweet romantic), seriously this drama is really made me more love Jin Soo Wan writer. I really cant wait her next drama. I hope her next drama could be amazing like chicago typewriter.

I love this season soo much. This season really mooore refreshing & fun than season 1 i love how's everyone comfortable being themselves in this season. I really hope they just buy the zero base contract's so when they had a time they could just play on there.
