In case anyone wondering why a wholesome drama like hospital playlist cant easily reach 15%, part of it because how they picked the airing day. The first 7th highest cable drama aired on Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun while the 8th highest drama aired on Mon-Tue. At Thursday while the drama still airing, there's a super popular cable tv show called "Romantic Call Centre". If you ever heard a show called "mr trot" aka the highest rating show on s,kor cable TV,The top 7th finalists from "mr trot" starred on that show so yeah most of k-viewers (especially the older one) only concentrated to watched that show instead HP. If HP also aired on Fri/Sat/Sun, im sure they can easily reach higher rating.

Unfortunately for baeksang (which will be held at june 6,2020) they only nominated at best scriptwriter (lee woojung) and best new actress (Jeon Mido). Baeksang mostly filled with twotm,ic and cloy.

Before watch ep 12, i just hope every 99z and their family healthy for this last episode of season 1. From the start i doubt they will make most of the couple become official in season 1 so I dont have high hopes for the couples at all. I just hope every 99z and their family are healthy so we dont need to wait season 2 in despair (in terms of their health).

okay bringing up theory from naver tv comments that i assumed already "confirmed"
Ikjun already know about junwan and iksun relationship! K-viewers have been saying ever-since ikjun saw "my love bidulgi" name on junwan's car he noticed they are on relationship (that time i still "eyyy~ no way) but this episode it's too obvious.
First how junwan "randomly" bring snow crab to his house for wooju when iksun is the one that want to eat snow crab, Ikjun known as 눈치100단 aka super quick wit/tact so there's no way he doesnt realized their relationship at this point.
Second when ikjun went out and comeback to his house before his study to move wooju to wooju's room, there are no sound of door lock password being pressed. There is only sound of door being open. Here k-viewers assumed he doesnt go out and only stay on his entryway on his house, open the door from inside to make it look like he "comeback" from outside. Later on the same ep, iksun and junwan have conv which reveal ikjun is really discreet but he will tease the hell of junwan if ikjun know abt his hawaii secret. Ikjun doesnt go out and only stay on his entryway is one of act how he tease both junwan and iksun.
Third ikjun said he will back "soon" from his study yet he play free-cell until iksun call him to comeback to his house.

Actually bidulgi couple get a lot of love from k-viewers because they are the 1st official couple from hospital playlist. Their views normally got the most views on naver clip for past episode (especially junwan confession) but this time because they dont have that much scenes for this ep, there are no clip for bidulgi couple.

Im bored because there's no new behind/making video so just back from naver tv and found some interesting facts. This time the most views clip from ep 10 goes to iksong confession with 63x,xxx views, 8,xxx likes and 1,3xx comments, i thought k-viewers love wintergarden ship the most, turn out iksong ship is stronger. The 2nd most views clip from ep 10 goes to minha confession with 404,xxx views, 5,8xx likes and 7xx comments. Just TMI a lot of cafe/forum in S.kor bringing up how minha confession is really refreshing unlike other "normal confession" and boast up 곰곰 (bears) ship popularity. The 3rd most views clip from ep 10 goes to jungwon called gyeowul in banmal (informal) tone with 399,xxx views, 4,0xx likes and 4xx comments. International viewers (who don't understand Korean) probably dont get why this is the most views out of wintergarden clips. Normally you dont speak banmal with someone who you don't feel close/comfortable especially in work, so jungwon speak gyeowul in banmal is a big "development" for wintergarden hence it become the most views clip.

i literally just got curious with the month for each episode and doing my own research, so yeah ep 1 started in march 2019 while ep 10 is somewhere at oct 2019. I noticed it as well they used an old phone (either s7/8 or note 8), for phone imo samsung just simply doesnt have proper ppl contract with the production team? so that's kinda explain all of them using old samsung phones.
