I dont mind if you don't like the drama but you got a lot of wrong concept here. The one who shoot her friend is Soohyun not Seol aka the reincarnation of Soohyun. Once you reincarnated all the memory from your past life supposed to be forgotten but not with Seol which is where the story begins. Seol isnt the same with Soohyun because the reincarnation, they just happened sharing a same memories. The main story of CT is how in the past life because the Japanese colonialism they can't have a free life and need to prioritize the liberation of their country instead of their own life/happiness. After the reincarnation because they live in Liberated Korea not Joseon under Japanese colonialism they finally can prioritize their own life unlike their past life. I know if you're not familiar with reincarnation or /and not coming from country that have been colonize before wont find this story wholesome, so i understand if you dont find its good.

Tbqh if you want to see how real the show is you can see the comments from the viewers on navertv and for Do Jehak case unfortunately it's something normally happened there. Doctor like Ikjun & Jungwon is too good to be real but ive read on navertv s.o have met doctor like songhwa before so yeah read navertv if you want to see the reality from real Korean!

And i just read k-viewers comments on naver TV that basically said

On the translation they translate the line for Ms Park but actually that line is supposed to be for her late temporary teacher Kim that save her from the accident.
