So there's 2 type of school of medicine in s.kor, 1 is for professional doctors called 의대 while the other one is more academic/research purpose? called 의전. 의전 graduate able to KMLE after 8 years of school (so they are in master degree level after finished this program) while 의대 able to take KMLE after 6 years of school.

So a web that conducts a monthly survey to doctors share they've been doing a research to 1002 doctors regarding HP and one of the questions is "Which medical drama that you like the most" and picked HP as medical drama they like the most. Just FYI for more than a decade, korean doctors always picked their favorite medical drama is "behind the white tower"(white tower on MDL). This is why minha said before she bored only working on lab so she decide to "specialized" in medical school
