omg i hate Mirae... like she is balming everyone else for everything. Oh you can't come back this one day I gave…
That scene actually wants to show that now they’re living each other’s life, they’re in complete different situation and the table has turned. Mirae doesn’t understand why Miji couldn’t come to visit grandma, just like how Miji couldn’t understand why Mirae couldn’t before. Now Miji should realize that the work consumed Mirae’s life, that’s why she couldn’t visit, and only pay the hospital bills. Mirae should now understand Miji’s frustration towards her before.
About making Mirae’s life better, how would she know that Miji is having an important project because she didn’t tell her? So in her mind, Miji should just slack off so she couldn’t understand why Miji couldn’t just get off from work and what’s more important than grandmad.
In the beginning, we’ve seen a lot of Miji’s perspectives which is why Mirae seems to be like the self-absorb and selfish one. But the storyline slowly shows Mirae’s pov and side too. Like the vice principal said, people misunderstood Mirae as cold, but she’s actually kind-hearted kid. She knows that Mirae cut her hair to be Miji so that Miji could at least graduate from school. Mirae had always been sick, so she had excuse not to continue school and she took civil exam instead of going to college.
Miji is dongsaeng and Mirae is unnie, right? because the English subtitles only say sister, I’m a bit confused. In the beginning, it’s supposed the first born named Miji and second born named Mirae, to complete the “unknown future”, but since the first born had complication during birth, the parents change the name right? So now it’s Mirae-Miji.
deep down she ALWAYS knew he was not her brother. they make this clear from the start. she tries at points to…
Yeah the audience knows, I was just saying about how uncomfortable it must had been for her in the beginning. Although deep down she knew he’s not her brother, but there’s some doubt that he might be her brother and she almost believed that due to the pouch thingy.
It’s kinda awkward when Hong Rang kissed her and when they kissed each other again in the beginning. While he knows they’re definitely not related at all, she doesn’t really know that. It’s understandable why she was conflicted and confused. I found it uncomfortable at first when I look at it from her pov 😅
This drama has the same vibe with Dreaming of Freaking Fairytale. It’s so unserious and you just have to enjoy the quirkiness and cringeness of this drama.
I love to see Lee Jun Young in romcom, but I wish he’d pick a normal romcom next time 😆
This drama is just right on time that now I’m trying to get back on track to be more discipline going to the gym. I just had high intensity work out with my trainer on last Friday and I could relate to her pain after gym 😂
I was really looking forward to this drama when I first heard about the casting news, but Idk if the casts are enough for me to pick up this drama again because I was kinda bored for the first 4 episodes
S1 made me cry and surprised me a lot since I watched without any expectation. S2 is good, but not as great as S1 which I kinda expected this would be the case. Nevertheless, I still love it and let’s not hope for S3 because I can’t bear seeing Si Eun being depressed again. Boy needs to live his life happily with his friends and free from the guilt.
Well I thought she’d be the competitive one since she seemed to be comparing a lot of herself to Yi Young, but turned out Sabi is the one who’s kinda annoying and jealous type
their names were fictional but these cities actually exist, Nanwu is Chongqing and Yihe is Xiamen (HL) their distance…
That’s what I read too that Nanwu is actually Chongqing (it’s been on my travel bucket list), but I didn’t know about Yihe is Xiamen. Thank you for this info.
