I also love the part where Fu Rong was sitting on Xu Jin's lap and saying that she was just saying things out of anger and that she didn't regret meeting him ? she even said she'd be waiting for him in the fortune telling booth again and again if she could aghhhh I'm not mad at her anymore HAHA also she kissed him ? and sha was about to like take her own blood ??? Legend of Yunxi style.... Actually I would love to see what would happen if Fu Rong did end up hurting herself because of the dumb doctor ??? who gave her that book about blood transfusion not on purpose. Xu Jin would probably be so angry at everyone involved in the lie!!!

But I also remembered that her shifu was someone she trusted with all her heart for a long time. She started doubting her shifu after she started investigating with Xu Jin!! And remember she told her sister and shifu in the carriage (on her way back from the mountains w Xu Jin) that she was so afraid that the people she is close too might not be trustworthy?
I do think she's had strong feelings for Xu Jin when she realized how much he's done for her. But she found out her master died and circumstantial evidence pointed to Xu Jin! She probably felt really guilty right? That she doubted her most trusted shifu and she didn't once doubt the guy she likes? It's natural for her to have some doubts and I don't actually think she was planning to hurt Xu Jin on their wedding night :/ although it was a misplaced sense of guilt, I do kinda understand her feelings.
Also I really like Xu Jin's character though? I'm usually into cold types (ehem Long Feiye) but his character here charmed me especially in the episodes 21 and 22! When he cried to Fu Rong about being wronged I also got a bit teary eyed ? my poor baby just really likes Fu Rong and was accused of something he didn't do. And I think he also understood why Fu Rong doubted him although he felt bad about it. He made her grovel but not really ignoring her ? he even said to that Cui Wan whatever that he promised Fu Rong that he would only marry her in that life ahhhhh so sweet.
Another thing, I don't think Fu Rong thought Xu Jin's anger was petty! She even accepted that there might be a concubine that would enter their household right? ?
Not a fan of the male or female lead...but is this drama worth checking out??
I think I'm a bit biased because I'm a big fan of both leads but I do think it is worth the watch! Although I heard thigs start getting heartbreaking around ep 30... im planning not to watch from then on until it is completed to ensure a happy ending ?

You're right!!! I've read the MTL version a few days ago and Xu Jin actually actively chases after Fu Rong after having the dream of him dying and Fu Rong does her best to avoid him! Aahahhaha but I'm totally in love with the drama even though it's really different with the novel :O it seemed to really change the whole novel but kept in some plotlines and characters! Fu Rong actually has many siblings but they only kept Fu Xuan :D

To be honest... I think there is a big chance it will be a happy ending because if you've watched that episode where the story of Legend of Yunxi was briefly told in a shaddow puppet show, the story teller said something like- "People say that they saw them living happily together in Dayu" Kyaaaaaaaaa >.< I hope they do have a happy ending!! I don't care if they stomp on my heart in the next episodes as long as they live happily ever after :(
