What's even cheaper is how unearned the bad guys get the info. They are always in a convenient spot to eavesdrop. You all should watch the American series Platonic S02E09 - they did an eavesdropping scene there and it was set up so well. That is deserving. Here, all the eavesdropping scenes are unearned.
