She's really not. Sure, she gets overly excited, but god forbid a girl truly enjoys her job and hopes she can achieve her goals in the truest way possible. She makes her self more cheery in the hopes that others find her more appealing and are willing to work with her, but also that's kind of her job, to be a cheery and energized online sales person.
She puts on facade for others, so they don't see her weaknesses and how much she's struggling mentally, because she thinks she can handle it alone. (Which is honestly the typical reaction, but if that's being a 'woman-child' or 'annoying', then we might as well call most of humanity that as well.)
