this is the best adaptation of volume 1!, I am also watching The Lost Tomb S1 2015 to compare the production and stuffs. this one's actually better in everything. TLT2015 was kinda funny and the editing was bad, maybe because Chinese production back then was bad? idk lol The world building here is amazing, The Seven Star Lu Palace Tomb design is amazing, its not a literal tomb compared to 2015. hopefully this production team will remake all the series from volume 1 to 8

i say this and adventure behind bronze door are 90% similar to the novel. tho this drama and The lost tomb 1 (Yang yang as ZQL) shared the same materials from volume 1, this adaptation is more close to the novel, especially WX and ZQL first encounter, it makes my heart flatter. it's just sad Zhang KangLe wasn't able to play sang ZQL here😭
