I read the book first and then watched it. I don't think watching it ruins the book. If you haven't read the book, I HIGHLY recommend it!

This was WAY better than I expected. It was cute, funny, romantic and didn't lead me on too much or have too many plot twists and cliffhangers. The only thing I didn't like about it was the OST, but other than that I actually loved all the characters and the overall story. I needed something light after watching Itaewon class, and this was perfect! Highly recommend if you need an easy and feel-good drama.

I'm considering watching this but I'm not that good at handling violent scenes. Is this violent?

I finally watched this drama... one year later. First, I'll say, this has one of the best soundtracks on a drama. I can listen to every song and feel so much.

Ending disappointed me and I wanted more screen time with the end couple. But this was a unique story. I cried so much at the scene with Hyuni & Saeroyi

I can't believe he didn't yell at her once.... every drama I watch, the guy yells!

If you keep watching you'll just see he's very particular. you'll see what his parents are like and what his upbringing is like. I think they made him also a very literal person. You'll see his friends poke fun at him and how it leads to interesting but also hilarious interactions between him and the FL and other characters. He's also a very principled person.

I think I liked that this drama wasn't trying to emotionally manipulate me which most dramas aim to do. I loved the slice of life and if you could understand the Korean, the writing was genius. little phrases that would be said and overlooked because the Eng translation didn't get to the heart of it. For this being the writer's first drama, I thought it was well done. I liked that there was no drama or major cliffhangers or plot twists.

I thought I'd be in major withdrawal BUT because they did such a good ending, I actually feel closure. I'm still obsessing over it by looking at photos and BTS, but I feel strangely ok.
also.. haha I'm just slowly watching it again from the beginning as I do chores

its not a typical, over the top drama. it's a dialogue and character driven drama, not based on a plot so it's gonna be seen as boring to a lot of people

I think some people think MJ didn't say I love you back to SG, but she did! When he said "I didn't say anything" she replies "You don't have to say anything because I know. Because I love you" and it got translated to "Because you love me" at least thats how I see it in the Korean.

BTW there needs an error fixed in the last episode when they are running together on that bench!! see spoiler below

I don't know if they actually end up together in the end. I think it's a moment but I don't see them as together but rather they each have a special spot for each other but he always knew it would end and so did she. at least that's how I saw it.

Did anyone else cry at the end? It was so beautiful and I feel at peace about this. wow. I'm going to miss this so much. Can't wait to go back and watch again for all the little details

I feel like episode 15 gave of the vibes of an early episode. Like something that could have happened in episode 5 or 6. I love how Mijoo remembers so much of the small interactions and things SG said at the beginning. Gahhh I'm excited and dreading tomorrow

Sigh, I'm so sad it's already Wednesday. The last Wed I'll get excited to get up for... hahah I'm being dramatic. I've been listening to the OST all week in anticipation for the final two episodes. I'll have to just rewatch this drama and maybe I'll use it to study some Korean ㅋㅋㅋ

I love May unni and also Dan-Ah's secretary/assistant. He has these quiet funny moments

I don't know if things will get better - There are a lot of cute moments that come up later on, but this was never a plot-driven drama. It's a very character and dialogue driven. You'll see a lot of growth individually but also interpersonally.
