I watched the clip! They're talking about how Yo is so gutsy in the episode where they leave the Takoyaki place and she says that Ren can just call her Yo because, like you said, it's not so easy to drop the honorific. And then they joke about how maybe it's easier to do in college than in high school and he says that even now it makes his heart race and she laughs at him. Then he jokes about how if he wants to say just her name (Rika) he has to think about it a lot since dropping the honorific is still kind of difficult :D They are very cute together!
