Yes lol it is truly chaos though without commercials per ep is probably only 20 to 40 mins but having to produce one for so many eps must be hell so for me I find most shows here repetitive since they drag it on so long and you can only have so many ideas for a plot with how much they have to make for a particular mainstream show. What I can recommend though is mostly series that are pretaped and only have few eps here or some movies. We also have some good BLs and few GLs since people here especially Gen Z are almost as open as Thailand when it comes to LGBTQ+ except those who are boomers or millenials who are too religious and use it to hate on the community.

In the Philippines, pretty much all shows airing on tv are filmed while it is also on air so they can keep writing or changing the plot depending on how the audience reacts lol so if you notice, most Filipino dramas have so many eps then it's bc they air from Monday to Friday for about 3 months or more if it becomes a hit show.
