I wasn't expecting him to actually have started television so many years ago 😂 I'm still not used to korean entertainers being in basically every show possible (I just thought he debuted through Single's inferno haha)
I just binged watched the two seasons, and it was surprisingly addictive since I'm not usually a big fan of role plays. But I loved that they got out of characters sometimes, even though some men were just the worst scripted or not scripted tbh...
I'm very curious to know the percentage of scripted scenes though, because although I hope that they play the quests without script, so many things just don't make sense (in both seasons). Is there any behind the scene or commentary worth watching ? Or anything that explains the making of ?
I don't know what to think about this show anymore 😂😂😂 I'm palm facing half of the time but also I can't…
In my opinion Chris is Way's lost twin and he's trying to avenge him or smth KentaKim is so out of nowhere, but if they want to add another couple then... ok lol And I NEED Charlie to rebel and slap that Willy guy istg
I don't know what to think about this show anymore 😂😂😂 I'm palm facing half of the time but also I can't not watch it... + I don't care that much about the acting anymore I just love how good vibes the actors are irl
In my opinion if they decide to shake up the main couple and get Charlie to be more sassy and independant I'm here for it 🫣 (dream plot twist is that he becomes so good he beats Willy and Babe at racing... I love babe/charlie, but I have a feeling Willy isn't going to be a real love interest anyway so let the Willy tornado happen lol
fyi this is just a dream theory I'd like to believe but I have 0 convictions since season 1 was unpredictable so season 2 might be too 😂
Ngl I love this show as much as I don't like it (at least season 1 so we'll see about season 2) but seeing everyone agree that the mama/papa thing is unnecessary reassures me 🫣
I didn't know season 2 was starting already and I went to watch the first ep to check but the first scene... I wasn't expecting anything but they gave something anyway 😂😂
How is ML portrayed as a good cook when the man can't even peel onions ??? This is my main complain lmaoOtherwise…
+ Even if I thought it was like a "classic" kdrama, I think that the most refreshing part was how they went with the main couple's story, with no big drama, no cliche scenes (we didn't get any car accident can you believe this?)

Otherwise the main couple's chemistry is by far the best thing of the show. I personally thought there was a lot of "nonsense" but in general nothing was unbearable, it's like a good classic.
Tbh I haven't genuinely laughed with a kdrama in a while.... I personally love when they don't take themselves seriously and I wish they went even further with the jokes sometimes! Other than that I really liked the main couple, but in my opinion second couple took way too much place in the story. I saw them coming from the first episode, but I really couldn't bare them, (and not a big fan when they try to make a 36yo woman act "childish"). I didn't see any point in adding this couple in the story OR their story should have been worked differently...
I'm also confused with the last scene.. I don't mind it but I didn't really understand what was happening 😂
In my opinion, according to Aeng-cho's story, first she said that someone had been writing her spells in a book…
I think that's what he did yes, he either wrote a white magic book to hide the dark one, or he just replaced the dark magic one with a fake one he wrote to detroy the original (if we think too much about it so many options are possible though hahaha)
+ I have a theory about the potion that I wanted to share because it might help reduce the unsettling feeling…
In my opinion, according to Aeng-cho's story, first she said that someone had been writing her spells in a book but it wasn't hers. Then she started writing them for the lady, but later Mujin discovers that she is paying the price to practising dark magic. So from what I understand from the last scene, it seems like Aeng-cho did write the dark magic book which would have worked, but Mujin wrote the white magic one, hence why none of the spells worked with Hongjo (or he might have replaced the original one with the one he wrote) Idk about the dark magic one, this one could have worked probably ? But it's the only way I could explain how the spells could have not worked when Aeng-cho's original curse clearly worked. This theory is as messy as the plot so I will believe it for my own sanity lmao
+ I have a theory about the potion that I wanted to share because it might help reduce the unsettling feeling that ML (could) have fallen in love because of a potion (which is clearly a no for me so I had to find my own (obvious or not) explanation) :
It's too bad when well produced dramas have scenarios where details feel missed out... so many things felt off…
like aside the main unclear situation between FL/ML and the fiancee, it just felt wrong how FL never clearly rejected her first crush and the next time she sees him she's being all lovey-dovey with ML and she acts like he didn't confess the day before... even if he technically knew, it felt annoying
It's too bad when well produced dramas have scenarios where details feel missed out... so many things felt off and dishonest and I hope we can stop having FL with childish/forced cute behavior one day ðŸ˜
I'm so sorry but the tattoo scene was so hilarious to me for no reason... because in my head I was expecting a small cute tattoo but they pulled out a big ass animal + Bison laying on his fresh tattoo just hurt my soul ðŸ˜ðŸ˜‚
