Thank you for your suggestions. I was currently watching The Promise of Chang’an to but the storyline wasn’t captivating my interest enough for me to want to keep continuing so I dropped it. Don’t get me wrong though Cheng Yi’s acting was super b like always! The storyline/plot just wasn’t my cup of tea. It was really worth the try though! :)

Yesss...we do! :’( it’s okay, I’m on the same boat as you. I spent countless days watching BTS, interviews, and just anything that has to do with L&R! And I was thinking to myself, why should I fight this beautiful yet somewhat dreadful longing fever of L&R? I should just keep rewatching it until my heart’s content like how I did for TMOPB lol! :D
Good to know that I’m not the only one still missing/lingering onto L&R. I’m watching other dramas that are airing right now trying to get over my fever of L&R a bit faster but nope! This masterpiece is too difficult just to easily let go and hop over! I find myself coming back here quite often. It hasn’t even been a week yet since I finished it and I’m already tempting to watch it all over again lmao!! Ugh (sigh).... back to the trying to get over/rewatching TMOPB days. It took me forever and many rewatches to get over TMOPB completely. L&R will probably take another eternity of my life trying to get over it as well!
I will definitely rewatch it soon, a second go anyone? (Or maybe I’ll rewatch it more than twice who knows?) On that note though, do any of you know where the river of forgetfulness is (from L&R) or know if Zhe Yan ships out his forgetful potion to the mortal world? (from TMOPB) so I can either drink it or dive into it, forget and erase everything of my L&R memories then rewatch it again lol!! <3 :)

If you want something more on the fluffy side that will make your heart skip a beat. Then I would recommend you to go try out The Love By Hypnotic along with The Romance of Tiger and Rose ;)
L&R is truly such a beautiful and priceless, heart wrenching love story, with a love so pure! I don’t regret any of the heartaches that I went through with Sifeng and Xuanji. My bucket of tears and box of tissues was worth every step of the way as I unfold this story till it’s very end. I don’t know how I’m going to get over this L&R fever, all I know is that it is surely going to linger for a good long while.
I’m definitely looking forward to more projects from both Cheng Yi and Bing Yuan. Everyone did so so well, on their performance portraying their characters, the chemistry between the two main leads including the side couples were so good! Especially Tengshe (Bai Shu) he’s one of my favorite characters! L&R is certainly a drama that I’ll keep coming back to get a glimpse of! Well done, well done!!
Dear future viewers, if you’re having second thoughts about if you should watch this masterpiece don’t! Just DIVE right on into this gorgeous GEM, you WON’T REGRET it!!
The rumors/controversies that the agency wanted no interactions between the two friends during the farewell concert for L&R is just so sad! Regardless, of this maybe being an order or a move to please fans from both sides, It still wasn’t a smart/pretty move for both actors and actresses. It resulted in hurting the both of them as well. Both Yuan Bingyan and Cheng Yi are not at fault for this ugliness!! Plus... we shouldn’t be so quick to judge anything until the official statements are release.
Yuan Bingyan and Cheng Yi will forever have my support! I know that the both of them will get through this mess together! I wish them the best and nothing but continuous success, love and support as they further down the path into their acting careers! May this ugly storm soon pass! <3
WHAAT??! WTH is wrong with these so called “loyal fans”? Building up your profile and portfolio as you slowly make your way up to fame is not easy, it all really depends on your director and script writer’s work. Don’t they (the loyal fans) see that Love and Redemption gave Cheng Yi that boost? Because of how he was able to beautifully portray Sifeng, a character that is probably quite difficult to play as I’ve never seen a male lead who suffered so much to that extent. I felt every emotion his character went through, wether it was sadness, pain, anger or happiness, I felt it all! This project has shown everyone his full potential and PROVED the amazing, AMAZING skills that he has as an actor!! Love and Redemption has just opened the doors for him to receive more future projects as all the future script writers and directors already seen how well he can do!! This is what you call PRAISING and RECOGNIZATION! What more do they want?? The role of Sifeng from this major hit and beautiful master piece did him well!! Before the role of Sifeng I didn’t even know who he is.
They shouldn’t be calling themselves the loyal fans at all when they definitely did not and cannot see the good outcomes that Love and Redemption brought to Cheng Yi and Yuan Bingyan . As a loyal fan you should be supportive, you should be able to see the bigger picture. Not fight and bring each other down! I wasn’t much of a fan of her from before but boy did she proved me wrong! I love the both of them so much!! I hope that Cheng Yi and Bingyan won’t take the hate/dumb comments to heart and know that there is more love than hate. The love we have for them is a billion and a trillion times more!
The both of them did an incredible job! Thank goodness they brought us Love and Redemption. Because I don’t see anyone else who can portray Sifeng and Xuanji better than Cheng Yi and Yuan Bingyan!! And if the rumors of a season 2 for Love and Redemption are true, I will watch it because of/for Cheng Yi and Yuan Bingyan not for anyone else!! <3

Despite mango tv’s greediness of trying to earn some extra bucks by cutting out all the happy and sweet moments from the final, converting them into a epilogue that charges a fee to view, I still loved this drama series regardless! Everyone did so so well, on their performance portraying their characters, the chemistry between the two main leads including the side couples were so good! On top of that the story itself is entertaining and unique in its own way! I will definitely DEFINITELY rewatch it someday!! Although Mango tv did them dirty, I really hope that all of the love and support that was shown throughout this drama series by the audience will overturn mango tv’s backstab and do both Zheng Ye and Hu Yi justice and shoot them to major fame and success, they deserve it all!! I’m definitely looking forward to more future projects from the both of them. Well done!! On the bright side, at least we still got one more glimpse of this lovely couple. (9/9 @8pm, can’t wait! The HAPPY ENDING!!)
