heydaisy One thing I really admire about this drama is how well it develops its characters. Now we're in Qin Ao's arc, and his story is really heartbreaking. It's so painful when no one believes in you, not even your own family. I love how the boys skipped class (please don't do this in real life) just to find Qin Ao and stand by his side. Sometimes, all you need is someone to tell you, "I believe in you," and to know they'll be there for you no matter what.

Wan Xing tried to understand the boys. As she ran, all these questions kept racing through her mind: "Why do they play football? If I don't even understand this, how can I lead them? What is it that makes them endure all this exhaustion and still keep playing, game after game?" When she finally found the answer, she could no longer ignore them. She could no longer be the slacker she once wanted to be. Instead, she chose to sincerely help them. This moment was so emotional and touching. And I think this is the turning point in Wan Xing's character.

The first scene had me giggling. Wang Fa making the boys move Wanxing's chair as carefully and quietly as possible so they wouldn't wake her up, all while scolding them, was so funny 😅 Can we just call him Wang Downbad Fa at this point? Then Qin Ao saying "The laziest teacher in the world has finally woken up." This boy is always asking for a beating. Next, Wang Fa showed off his football skills to the kids, and you could already see Wanxing slowly falling for him. Then came the job offer for Wang Fa, seeing the boys' dejected faces and how their energy dropped broke my heart. Overall, this was another great episode. It balanced comedy, heartwarming moments, and emotions so well, and it never felt boring.

This episode took me on a roller coaster of emotions. The first few minutes were hilarious, Victor Ma's comedic timing is just so good. Then came the mysterious tasks, followed by the funny scene where the boys were recommending their relatives to Wanxing and Wang Fa getting jealous. The matching outfits had my heart fluttering and the scene where they reopened the tutoring center that was left by Wanxing's grandparents located at No. 7 Wutong Road made me so emotional. There was so much to unpack in this episode alone and every moment kept me hooked.

Wang Fa and Lin Wan Xing really are like the boys' parents. The way Wang Fa lectured Fu Xin Shu and helped him realize the consequences of his actions, while Wan Xing comforted him and empathized with him, they balanced each other so well. Ngl, Shuxin is such a pretty crier, and she's dragging me into crying with her. She's such an effective actress. Romance is finally starting to bloom between the main leads. But why did Wang Fa have to rub Wan Xing's wrist multiple times? Once was enough, coach🤚 Even other people thought they were in their honeymoon phase, only for Wan Xing to immediately shut it down. I think you need to work a little harder, Wang Fa. And the way they were completely unfazed when the boys caught them. Well, as Wang Fa said, "A clear conscience fears no accusations." But is your conscience really that clear, sir? Even the boys weren't buying it. The last part, where Wan Xing made a bet with the parents and promised to get the boys into the top 500 and the boys collectively breaking down after hearing that had me laughing so hard 🤣

The team finally got to apply the first lesson Wang Fa taught them, even though he wasn't there this time. They thought things through and made their own decisions. I actually teared up when they won. My boys deserved that victory so much! "When you have faith in yourselves, you will win." Their teamwork really paid off. And can we talk about Wen Cheng Ye? I think this is the first time I've seen him smile, even if it was while mocking the opposing team's captain 😅My heart absolutely broke for Fu Xin Shu. I can't stand parents who abandon their children only to take advantage of them later. FXS gave his mom so much money because he believed she was sick. He was happy when she told him she'd come watch his match and even bought her a gift. Only to find out that she wasn't sick at all, and the money he gave her had been spent on her other son. That was devastating 😥 At the end of the day, Xin Shu is just a kid who wants to be loved by his mom.

So there's actually a backstory behind why WCY asked FXS to put the shoes on him. I thought he just wanted to play Chengderella. Jokes aside, he just wanted to be remembered by his childhood sweethe—I mean, bestie. The boys helping FXS study english had me rofl. They were working so hard that they were practicing english while playing football. And Wang Fa just sat there enjoying the chaos like he was watching a live talk show 😅 I hated that FXS had to retake the test just to prove he didn't cheat. I've experienced something similar as a student, and being treated with that kind of suspicion really doesn't feel good. I'm just glad FXS had LWX, who was brave enough to stand up for him. The fireflies scene ✨️ Wang Fa, they're beautiful, aren't they? Your eyes were telling me you're slowly falling for Wan Xing. Too bad our queen only has eyes for her baby boys right now 🫢 The last part, Wang Fa sleeping at Wan Xing's place and getting caught by Yu Bo. The dirty looks Yu Bo kept giving him had me wheezing 😂

Lin Wan Xing bought new uniforms for the boys! I really hope the school paid for them because if not, I think Wan Xing's pockets are going to run dry very soon.Seeing the boys happily playing on the field made me look at them the same way Wan Xing does, with so much fondness 🫳🥺 They've really grown on meAnd that scene where the insomniac Wang Fa couldn't sleep because Wan Xing kept making noise downstairs was hilarious. He was so done with her 😭 That last scene where they were practicing english was pure comedy. When Wang Fa said something in english and Qin Ao went, "You gang gang say, say what?" I completely lost it 🤣

Not Wen Cheng Ye getting mad when someone else called Fu Xin Shu a loser as if only he has the right to say it. He even challenged the guy to a match. My doomed yaoi is so delicious 😋 I also admired Wang Fa's lesson to the boys: "Blind obedience makes people dumb." He told them not to blindly follow their coach's authority but to think for themselves on the field. That's such a solid lesson, and I'm sure it'll come in handy in their future matches. And the way the boys brought snacks to Wang Fa as an apology, they're so cuteee 🥹

The showdown begins. Wang Fa and Wan Xing made a bet to see who could stick to the other's lifestyle longer. Whoever gave up first would lose. Wan Xing even resorted to cheating. Just let my girl win for once, Wang Fa. She's trying her best 🫠Meanwhile, Wang Fa is starting to waver. He's beginning to question whether his investigation is on the right track and whether the kind-hearted Wan Xing could really be the Spade Q.

Wan Xing and her thousand ways of trying to convince Wang Fa to become the football coach. I really hope the school is paying her enough because girl is doing absolutely everything at this point.And when she tried to scare Wang Fa but ended up scaring herself instead. Then she pulled out her final card, the "door-in-the-face" technique. Girl, the secondhand embarrassment was so real and Wang Fa saw right through it.This episode was absolutely unhinged from start to finish 😭

Lin Wan Xing is unhinged. The episode literally started with her yelling, "Idiot referee!" Even the boys were startled, and not Wang Fa smiling to himself 🤚I can't believe I actually teared up when they scored that goal. These kids are really growing on me 😭 And please, Wan Xing calling Wang Fa "QR Code" was so funny. He deserved it, tho.That restaurant scene had me feeling bad for Wan Xing's wallet, I swear her entire salary is going to feeding these boys. More screentime for the football boys! They are all so adorable. Fu Xin Shu is such a good kid, while Qin Ao is a little troublemaker but in a cute way.Then came the mysterious side quest with the riddles, I'm curious to see where it leads. Also what's with the BL undertones between Fu Xin Shu and Wen Cheng Ye 😂The scene where Wan Xing got caught snitching on her neighbor by the neighbor himself had me rofl. Shuxin's reaction looked so real. And Wang Fa saying, "I don't want to kill you yet"? Man, you can tell jokes huh.I'm not even a football fan, but the football scenes are surprisingly fun to watch. I also loved the moment when Wanxing realized that the boys really wanted to play and win despite acting like they didn't care.Then Wang Fa completely interrupted her emotional realization by casually pulling out his QR code and asking if she wanted them to win. What a hilarious and memorable way to end the episode!

The opening scene, where Wanxing was contemplating whether to jump or not, was really intriguing. I can't wait to learn more about her backstory. Then she said, "I think this job is quite relaxed," when she was asked why she applied for the job. Girl, that's so relatable if salary wasn't an issue 😭 And then she got dragged into becoming the football team's supervisor despite having zero sports background. I could only pray for her. Still, her dynamic with the boys is already so cute. And that last scene when she met Wang Fa. I was screaming internally. Jingke is so handsome.

The episode started on such a sweet note. I couldn't stop smiling. The chemistry between Wang Fa and Wan Xing is overflowing, it jumps off the screen. It changed when Wang Fa met Jason's mother. I can't fault her for the way she reacted. Losing a child is a pain no parent should ever have to endure. I've always believed that no mother should have to bury her own child. Seeing Jason's notebook and those painful words reopened wounds that had never truly healed. You could see Wang Fa's trauma being triggered. He's still carrying so much guilt and grief and he hasn't really moved on. Him choosing to leave because he couldn't bear it anymore felt completely understandable to me. The farewell party the boys prepared for Wang Fa was both heartwarming and heartbreaking. Watching the boys hug him had me in tears. Even the nonchalant Wen Cheng Ye couldn't hold back and gave him a hug. Them taking a group picture and smiling despite feeling sad got me 😭
