I'm in the middle of the first episode and I'm getting a vibe of some american 80's movie 😀 which feels weird since I've never seen anything like it in any thai bl before.

I've noticed that people in the comments are split into two completely opposite reactions to this show, and I think it stems from different expectations: those who expected something substantial (like a decent plot, good scenes, tension or anything interesting to happen) vs. those who just want to watch something that doesn't require thinking too much after a long, busy day, maybe even fall asleep along the way xD

I'm not saying that either approach is wrong, each to their own.
I just happen to belong to the first group, and I reallllly can't watch the first couple 😭

Pond is hot but it seems like another typical, boring uni themed bl like thousands before it. I wonder why thai productions are still stuck in there (well, for the most part).
It's probably just not my cup of tea anymore, but let's see how other couples turn out.

I stumbled upon this show accidentally and I was really surprised by how rough and real this is. We see a lot of gangsta themes in bl's, but they're always a bit comical and non serious. Here it's different - the viewer can actually feel the dark, non filter atmosphere. I see it's adapted from manga, maybe I'll read it

okay, I loved this episode the most, probably as much as the first one. I'm happy that this series was "saved" from turning into boring, repetitive stuff, because I've noticed that recently I tend to like 1-3 eps of bl's and then it falls flat.
It was exciting to watch how the events unfolded in reality, and that the actual relationship of our leads is nothing like in Great's head. It's completely different. I was a little surprised, because I thought there was something more between them, but no. They were basically strangers.

I agree that something was off during the scene, like nothing was really happening, they went straight to the point very quickly (which is also the unrealistlic part of most BL's). Nothing exciting or interesting. I was really looking forward to their first s*x scene but it disspointed me in terms of emotions and creativity.
And it reminded me of the scene from KinnPorsche... it started well with nice kiss but then it became quite stiff and boring. And of course too loud music as well

tbh I only really liked the first 2-3 episodes. After that it just got... boring, average, I've tend to skip some scenes or watch it sped up. The ending was expected and blunt. No closure for lesbians. Idk, I expected much more excitement considering how it started

And yet another typical japanese BL to watch and wait for. Love it!
