Is it as good as My Dearest!?It's the last historical Kdrama I saw and I couldn't find anything better

Don't be sad, for me it's not a sad ending, it's a happy ending. Cz first of all we All knew from the start that he will die after, but instead of lying on the bed in the hospital and dying, he enjoyed every minute and he found his father, also he died surrounded with the ppl that loves him soo much.
This drama makes me understand more my parents and their true value, I enjoyed it too much but I learned lotts of things from it about family, life, true love.....
It seems like a true story when I watched the last episode, but I couldn't find anything about The leads (the couple) and there story. Cz I read it's based on a true story but I think they changed the names and lots of things.
The Vane's OST from "Miss Night and Day" in Ep. 1 karaoke and so on...
When they were fighting all together as a team Hhh that scene was very funny I laughed so hard hhh. Also is the Vane ost from MND was in This Kdrama (UHS), I didn't notice it but it gives me the same vibe here too
This drama was good but not great for me, so I was shocked to come here and see how many people are calling it…
It's based on a true story life. If you're very young it won't touch ur heart and maybe you'll not be able to understand the moral behind. Or maybe it's not your cup of tea and you prefer other genre of shows . But for me it was a masterpiece, cz realistic shows are my favorite
