Title I'm Not a Robot Spoiler
My heart breaks for Kim Min Kyu every episode. His soul is just so pure, and all he ever wanted was to trust his loved ones, but he's always faced with disappointment as everyone lies or tries to take advantage of him. I understand why Ji Ah and Santa Maria team (even the doctor!) tried to fool him, but imagine how lonely he must feel, how shocked and scared and confused, learning about it, feeling like he's been fooled by literally EVERYONE! Even back in Seoul, everyone is plotting against him (his former best friend on top of that!), and even the people who support him (Ri El's father) is only doing so because he wants to be the chairman, and marry off her daughter to Min Kyu. My heart truly goes out for this poor boy, he's so adorable and pure-hearted but the world keeps breaking him. It's no wonder he has such a psychological allergy to humans, they never come through for him! Ugh, I hope all the misunderstandings get resolved, but I feel we are going to suffer a lot in the next few weeks.

Title A Korean Odyssey Spoiler
I loved her in Come Back Mister too and amvery disappointed. This role is not good enough, espesially because…
The female character is just a human being without any supernatural powers. So of course she would need protection. And I actually think that Oh Sun Mi wants to take off the bracelet too, but, time and time again Oh Gong threatens her that he will eat her up after the bracelet is removed, so she will not take it off because she wants to protect herself from him, more than needing his protection. Actually most of the time she tries not to call him because she thinks that her problems are "petty" according to Oh Gong. She only calls him when there's no other way, and all these years she has been fine without him, even though Oh Gong tricked her and never fulfilled his part of the deal of protecting her in the first place , considering how she gave him his freedom. Now she needs him more because she actually has to go out of her way to capture evil spirits in order to protect the world.

That being said, even though Oh Sun Mi's character is supposed to be outwardly cool, calm and collected, I find Oh Yeon Seo's acting a bit too stiff for this role.

My fav scene: he held her handThat slow-mo, the ost played, them hand in hand running. It was perfect and enchanting.…
I loved that after Gang Doo escorted her inside the bus, the ost began to play and she was walking frantically inside the bus so she could keep seeing him as the bus rolled by. So fervent, so romantic. It's like she doesn't want to stop being around him.

Exactly felt awkward...There are some other couple with the same height difference in dramas bu this one looked…
The height difference always makes me uncomfortable. Like with SWDBS and now this. I don't mind the glasses fogging up (I think it's kind of cute) but with the height difference it just feels like a giraffe is trying to lean down and then almost breaking his spine.

Please continue to be a quality piece of work.

Okay so I just watched episode 2, can someone please explain to me what the Geum Gang Go really does? What kind of a binding contract is it? I don't really get it.

Same here, I actually have like the actors from before but they always paired them so wrong that I never enjoyed…
I totally agree with you!! At first I totally avoided the drama because I honestly hated the main actors in their other dramas, so I felt like this will be bad (also this is a personal opinion, but I tend to avoid MBC dramas too, idk they're just not my style), but one evening I decided to binge the first four episodes, and I fell in love. I love that the story is so simple, the acting is so on point with the cuteness, and it doesn't take itself too seriously. Despite its flaws, I think the story is pretty fresh and the chemistry is surprisingly REALLY GOOD. And now I recommend it to everyone who want to watch a light drama during the holidays :D hehe it's not the best drama ever but its still a pretty good one, and gets me excited every week.

I didn't like Chae Soo Bin's character in Strongest Deliveryman, but she is totally killin' it in this role, also, the chemistry between the leads is adorable, cute, and did I mention ADORABLE?

This drama really helps me to de-stress I recommend this one highly.

That is my fear with how it has gone so far as well. I have a feeling we are going to get a heavy dose of 2nd…
I really hope that we don't have to go through too much silly love triangle stuff, otherwise, this drama is so good, I really hope it doesn't last long either!

Thank you for this feedback I am looking forward to watching it when a few more eps have aired.
Yeah I advice you wait a few more eps to air. Honestly, one episode is not enough to really judge the quality of any drama, but I hope it doesn't disappoint us in the future :)

Title Black Spoiler
The last half of episode 18 ruined it for me. I haven't felt this cheated since the ending of Tunnel. Writers trying to wrap up the story with a happy ending in one episode, without giving a damn about plot consistency or logic. Just for the sake of ending a story.

The chemistry between Black and Ha Ram wasn't developed, and I don't blame Go Ara or SSH because the writers tried to put so many plot points that they didn't have enough time to give us honest conversations or intimate scenes (where Ha Ram is the only one kissing Black, and Black isn't even TRYING, just shocked. We get it, he's a grim reaper and never kissed before, but everyone starts out that way, eventually I expected a real kiss at least, something deep). Also, it really bothers me that Black never actually REVEALED to Ha Ram that he is a grim reaper/Joon, and in Moo Gang's body. Ha Ram never learned about her father either, and I HATE that the story made it seem like Ha Ram's ability to see shadows was some disability, and she had to be reincarnated as a "normal" person in order to be happy. I hated the fact that the writers didn't make it so that Ha Ram would eventually find peace and accept her gift and the truth of her father, instead of taking the easy way out and being reincarnated as an ordinary person which is boring as hell.

Everyone in this comment section kept blaming Go Ara, while praising the story, and I was so disappointed because it's not her fault at all. Her character was cheapened so much during the drama (ex: how can you expect me to believe that Ha Ram was SUCH A DUMBASS as to confuse Joon's silhouette for a SHADOW. Like, come on, that plot point is clearly written to bring shock factor into the story, in the expense of making our female lead into a dummy, which she clearly does not deserve to be portrayed as.)

Honestly, I love Go Ara and I can't imagine anyone else playing Kang Ha Ram, because she has the most BEAUTIFUL eyes in all of Korea (I'm not even joking), and her acting is wonderful. I despise the writers for turning her character into such a mess. And I hate the writers for not giving enough romantic screentime between Ha Ram and Black, I saw the BTS and I know the respectable actors are super comfortable with each other, and it sucks that they didn't give them a chance to show more skinship, as well as HONEST CONVERSATIONS.

The mood of this drama is soft, slow and sweet. The color palette with the blues, the rain, and the soundtrack just make the atmosphere even more beautiful. The casting of the main leads is also perfect. Lee Jun Ho's acting is incredible as always, and the female lead has a very fresh presence. I love how they are both able to act their inner tragedy without overdoing emotions, it makes their struggles even more authentic and beautiful. I am certain that the chemistry between the leads is going to be really nice to watch. I am a sucker for shared tragedy stories and I have high expectations from this one. Hope it will continue to be good.

Here's to hoping the movie Hong Seol does a better job than the tv adaptation. Unpopular opinion but something about the drama version of Hong Seol was OFF to me and I just couldn't ship her with Yoo Jung. She had really good chemistry with Baek In Ho's character tho.

I'm super glad to see Park Hae Jin's comeback as Yoo Jung though. I can't image anyone else playing this role better.
