I explained everything about the incident you mentioned here in my review because of the episode 3 this drama…
I did. Thanks. Still not convinced tho. What you said is true for a normal person and could even be considered good thinking. But for a policewoman? a specially trained one, it doesn't. It's clumsy and it just feels such a waste of opportunity to me that the female lead is special force, trained, smart and brave for once and still ends up being saved by her police boyfriend because of a series of choices that obviously would go wrong.
Did people really complain about the leads keeping this secret? I completely understand their choice. They signed a confidentiality agreement and they're literally police force with this being a matter of national security. Not to mention the situation wasn't even out of control yet. What's the point of getting people to panic?
Thank you for letting me know it was a debate before. I don't want to bring up old flights. Tbh, this type of story is right up my alley and I was just worried this issue was overlooked by everyone because that'd mean all these great comments were only fanhype. But if this has been brought up before and even affected the rating and still everyone loves this show, then it means the show did really improve and I should keep watching.
Why on earth did YSB open the bathroom door for the infected woman? She could've infected everyone and it was…
Survival instinct for an average person, yes. But with her trainings and profile, putting regular citizens in danger should have never been an option. Specially since it wasn't just the guy who was in danger. It was at best the whole apartment's residents.
What the guy did was much wiser. He did warn her not to make the obvious mistake of opening the door and considering she's immune and heard him call the police, she should've at least stalled so long as the glass was still protecting her.
Late to the discussion because I was waiting to binge watch this. But episode 3 made no sense to me.
Why on earth did YSB open the bathroom door for the infected woman? She could've infected everyone and it was much more dangerous for everyone else than it was for her.
Mostly dropped or on hold ^^" Sweet Home I'm definitely gonna watch, tho. Thriller is my favorite genre, but there's really good Korean thrillers out there that make one's standards go pretty high.
Episode 6 gave me Doctor Who vibes I loved it. This was pretty good what's happened to people's taste? Interesting story with some action. A rare lack of sexism in this drama and OSTs were beautiful too. The comments saying it was confusing; where was it tho? Wasn't even much complicated; do people hate thinking that much?
The only faults were PSH's very limited range of expressions and the obvious fact that the writers know absolutely nothing of war (It certainly doesn't start overnight. Even if a country has zero defense system, it's not like people in the capital are out shopping when suddenly a missile hits them. First there's a hint and everyone can see the sparks and all the people get the feeling of imminent threat which can drag on for months or even years before a war actually breaks out.).
I thought SFH was great. The reason why I was interested in this was because the writer wrote Save Me and SFH but…
I realize a lot of people liked it, yet the only thing great for me was LDW's acting, which surprised me. Maybe I expected too much, since I was a huge OCN fan.
The only things spot on in this were Ji Xiao Bing's visuals, Zhang Fan's performance and a couple of supporting characters.
Was someone in the production team a problematic shipper (yk, the misgendering, s&m type)? They messed up characters and events for the sake of one-sided fanservice. What happened to Bai's originally warm and lively character? And how the hell did the screenwriter manage to turn Zhan Zhao into a total damsel in distress?! (With this view of ZZ, how is she gonna handle the second book's story, I wonder. ) Speaking of fanservice, it seemed to interest the acting director way more than the villains' performances. Seriously, 99% of the antagonists' acting almost made a parody out of this (with the exception of a certain fabulous psychologist). And for the love of God, stop dubbing.
This was clearly rushed, yet the action scenes were enjoyable. Hoping for a better season 2 (preferably with a different writer).

Except the last few minutes of episode 21 missing and a couple of parts having no audio, I don't remember any problems with it.
yes c-dramas love sad endings even if the book ends happily^^"
This one is happy ending but kind of open. for season 2.
