Should I watch all the season before this one? Where I can watch them?
I recommend starting with season 1. Most seasons are connected and every season spoils the most important plot points/twists of previous ones. (but sadly idk where you can watch the previous seasons. Hopefully streaming websites have them)
Do I need to watch the prequels to watch this one? Like are all 5 connected or I can just start with any one and…
Late reply: all seasons are connected, specially the first 4. You can watch this one individually and have no problem with the cases they solve iirc, but you will miss the full experience regarding character relationships and the mystery behind the main story and ML's past, because it started in season 1 and developed to this season. Of course every season spoils the previous seasons' most important plot points.
I've lost count of how many times the tag "strong FL" turns out meaning the character is either not mentally strong, or is infuriatingly selfish. How does Bai Lu even find these rare exceptions, where FL is actually strong-willed yet kindhearted?
They show the pictures of them all in the link when you click, but if a BailLu fan posts, then that’s their…
Personal opinion but as a Bailu fan, at least until her next project airs, my focus would be the drama and everyone involved. Because if all characters are doing well, it means the drama does well, meaning Bai Lu has a taste for script, nothing less.
This is why some people dare come here call MM ridiculous and claim it's overhyped and only popular because of Bailu. Makes me wish I knew enough Chinese, as I'm sure if there's more to that list, there are more MM characters in it.
About Mu Jiu. If Fan yue was the one who saved the child in the realm of resentment then how did he appear in…
FY reversed MJ's fate in the resentment realm, the contemplation stone made it become reality. Since it had to do with fate, it was always meant to happen. Think of it like a sort of time loop.

It's not exactly like Moonlight Mystique, but "Father I Don't Want This Marriage" gives me a somewhat similar vibe. Fantasy, interesting characters and a wholesome main CP romance. At least as far as I've read (ch. 80)

Is it possible to have a topic for these? It'd be great to see how well MM and characters/actors did during and after its airing. And comments get buried pretty fast.
Now that the drama has ended, I want to pose this question. Except for Bai Lu's (because I know many here are…
True. DLW was great. She shined as FL more than BX for me tho. ARP. I didn't expect him to be this good in serious and emotional scenes. The subtle changes in his expressions were visible yet fluid. LXF. Not only was he really expressive himself, he brought the best out of others. I needed more of him.
