one of my favourite interviews so far 🥹 she always has such a healthy mindset when it comes to dealing with criticism: "honestly, i don't just seek out negative comments—i'm not that much of a masochist. it’s true there was a period when i was very afraid of being misunderstood, but after moving past that stage, i’ve come to feel that being misunderstood isn’t so frightening. now i’m at a place where i can take it all in stride. along this acting journey, i’ve continuously gained things that’s helped me build my own set of standards. once you have those standards, it becomes much harder to be led astray by other people’s misunderstandings. whether it’s praise or criticism, i can view them with a degree of objectivity. as the saying goes: correct mistakes if you have made any, and guard against them if you have not. everyone should love themselves a little more"
