nooo if you look at the viewership from dengta and stuff like their new user acquisition, ATC's data is already on par with dramas that break 10K. it's just that dramas these days have a much harder time/take longer to reach 10K (and that relies on the specific platform metrics)
i wonder if there's gonna be an outright reveal in the drama... in the novel they never outrightly acknowledge the mother-daughter relationship until much later

it's just as the first reply mentioned, unfortunately she's a victim of the screenwriter not knowing how to write a well-rounded character and doing her a disservice in the interest of giving the ML more moments 😔
