no worries at all, thanks for sharing your thoughts!! i agree that they don't really put emphasis on the revenge in the synopsis. one thing that stood out to me is that the synopsis mentioned zhuang hanyan growing close to the fu family when we don't see them at all in the trailer... the trailer gives off suspense drama vibes instead 😆

also on a related note the screenwriter changed a lot of things from the original novel but if you get around to reading it i'm sure you'll have lots of fun with the twists and turns! i really enjoyed it (but now i feel like i have to wipe my memory so i don't end up comparing it to the drama later on lol)

ooh what part of the synopsis do you feel doesn't match up? i think it's pretty accurate to the trailer, especially since it specifically mentions her being abandoned to the countryside as a child before she returns (the novel premise is a rebirth)
