i'm XFF defender first and human second fr. i think sometimes people can be too unforgiving with female characters lol like what's wrong with being emotional? let her have NUANCE. let the story have CONFLICT. i want my characters to feel human!!!
re: events in ep 32 — XFF isn't perfect and all-knowing 🧍 it's okay to acknowledge that she miscalculated this time! but i think it's important to remember that no one in this drama is playing 4d chess no matter how many schemes they come up with njsshsjs there's no way to wholly prepare for every single action that a character will take. if that were the case, then i can say that everything that's happened so far would've never been set in motion in the first place.

well! i didn't expect for her to be perfect in the sense that she could keep to a cold, rational logic while confronting someone she loved who murdered her. and she did bring up how he kept her identity a secret during that court trial, so maybe that was what drove her to offer him one last chance at a different path ("you should know it's never too late to turn back")

to your second point — XFF did ask XH to find a ventriloquist haha. they can 'throw' their voice (this requires a mix of stagecraft + misdirection) so imo it's reasonable that they managed to fool the others that way during the whole exorcism performance (where emotions are heightened and everyone attending already sort of believe that there truly is an evil spirit)
