I read on weibo, HMH may appear on the first episode of part 2. And based on the plot summary, ML will be poisoned while saving FL and her sister by someone in their first meeting (so probably ep1). So I thought maybe HMH and CYQ(poison lady) would be the ones who poisoned him.
