I said he was bullied for commenting under his post. Someone bought a negative trending search which was trending 6(that means one paid a huge amount of money for that). Fans of GJM and TJR used that trending hot search to bully him. They said "He was trying to get attention from him so that he gets more screentime when everyone knows GJM likes TJR. Neo was buttering up. How dare he commented under GJM's post when TJR didn’t. He is licking his shoes etc. I don’t even want to write these extreme remarks as it's disgusting.

Oh no you are making me cry. I really like him a lot not because he is a good actor or not because he is handsome. He is really a good kind-hearted person who deserves all the best things. He also treats his fans well, you will know if you follow him closely. Fans who knows about his personality will always do their best for him. I know many die hard chinese fans of him who always try to protect him. There is another fan on MDL named CC_. She is also like that.
Neo was not only bullied by the director, he was also bullied by the fans of other actors from this drama for the past 1.3years.
We fans of Neo are relieved that this drama is over. It was stressful for all.

About Esther Yu, I only know she was in a strict diet like Neo for MJTY. She was naturally bubbly but she had to lose weight and couldn't eat normally

Waiting for a director/producer who will sincerely treat him well while making a drama. He got some bad experience in the past.

The one who loves Zhao Yuan Zhou the most is Neo himself. His eyes start sparkling whenever he mentions ZYZ. And he is a person who never complain in real life. He wants perfection in everything like GJM. So he could tolerate that even though it was tough. Even during wrap up Neo asked GJM, "I told you I wouldn't complain. I kept my promise" GJM even agreed with him.

But if you follow these you will feel bad for him. The point where I mentioned about "dancing" , Neo was smiling happily while observing the outcome of that Choreography. But out of nowhere GJM scolded him saying how it was different from others. His smile slowly disappeared from his face.
It was really uncomfortable for me to watch tbh. There might be more that we don't know.

I don't remember the exact reason but her makeup became messy, so she went to fix that. When she returned GJM shouted at her in front of the crews.

It was my first time following his work from filming. So I was really shocked to his behavior. He also scolded Chengxiao for fixing her makeup(she was gone for only 20min). It was viral on weibo.

Neo got sick twice during the filming. He even had to take IV drops. Once he fainted after getting into his car while returning home.
Do you remember the scenes by the lake from EP 6 where Ranyi's case was solved? He filmed those scenes with high fever hanging on wire. But the wire scenes were all cut off from the main film.

GJM needed an obedient boy as his ML who will never complain. He wanted to give opportunities to TJR as he was from GJM's company. But he is a newcomer. So he can't make him an ML as the investors won't invest on dramas with newcomers.

As a fan of Neo, I was silent from the start as I wanted to enjoy the show even though many things happened in the background. I was following this drama from day 1. Watched every single reuters and posted all the materials of Neo on the photo section.
But now that the drama ended, let me rant for the first time about the favoritism. I won't argue about the screentime as I believe Neo portrayed Zhuyan very well that more or less screentime didn't matter anymore.

- After 1 month of filming on Oct last year , GJM publicly bullied Neo by deleting his weibo post with ZYZ's raw picture, telling the fans "Your brother is the most handsome"
Later Neo had to write a long post defending GJM late at night.
I believe this is the reason why GJM used a bad filter on ZYZ on the drama.

- As I watched the leaked reuters, many of ZYZ's scene were deleted. Many were shown abruptly. I don't care about other's screentime. But they shouldn't have deleted his screentime. This drama has 34 episodes. More 6 could have been easily added. Trust me reuters showed more potential of Neo's acting. You all didn't get to watch his full potential because of this.

- We know Neo was an SM trainee. So no one should have any complain about his dancing capability. But when they dance for the first time to the "Little Poem", GJM scolded Neo for dancing differently/badly than others (others didn't even know the basic of dancing as they didn't learn but only Neo was scolded).

- Everyday Neo had to film for 18-26 hours. He didn't get a single day off for resting. That's not the main point. There were times he had only 1 scene to shoot in a day which would take half an hour. But he had to wait 12+ hours wearing those thick makeup & uncomfortable costumes as GJM was busy filming others. He could ask Neo to come later but he didn't.

- Extra Actors would feel pity for Neo to watch him waiting for scenes in the cold weather everyday. They posted long messages appreciating his efforts after the wrap up.

- GJM used to ignore Neo's reply in his posts while answering others. Once Neo was bullied for commenting under GJM's post.(It was not a normal bullying. It was trending on top6 on weibo)
Neo's comment was just asking GJM to join on dancing with the "Little Poem"

- Neo was sick twice but continued to film. He once collapsed after getting into his car when he was done for that day. He had to maintain strict diet as GJM wanted a thin ML who can carry the heavy costumes.

If any of you want to reply me by saying why do I care about these when actors don't even know our existence, my reply is - I find my own happiness following Neo just like you find your own happiness watching dramas. I like to follow good people and get some good motivation from them. Neo perfectly meets that criteria.
