darker and deeper!
Season 3 shifts its focus from just survival to the system behind the games. It dives into the people funding everything, the power dynamics, and how far the corruption reaches. The change in direction is interesting and adds depth, but it might not hit the same for people who preferred the fast-paced intensity of Season 1.Gi-hun is back, but he’s different now. He’s not playing to survive anymore. He’s more focused, colder, and clearly on a mission. It’s a good development for his character, but it also creates some distance. You don’t feel as connected to him emotionally like in earlier seasons. He feels more like a symbol than a person at times.
The games are still creative and tense, but they’ve moved away from being purely physical. This time, they play on trust, guilt, and manipulation. One of the best ones involves players having to reveal personal secrets to decide who deserves to survive. It’s heavy in a different way. There’s less gore, more psychological damage.
Pacing is one of the season’s weak points. The middle episodes slow down a lot. It focuses more on worldbuilding and side characters, which adds context but takes away from the tension. Some new characters stand out, but a few are clearly just there to die or move the plot forward. They don’t all feel fleshed out.
The production quality is still high. The sets are detailed, unsettling, and the atmosphere is strong. The music and camera work build tension in a way that feels more mature this time around.
The ending brings a major twist that will split people. Some will love how bold it is, others might feel it tries a little too hard. Personally, I think it ties the season together well and gives Gi-hun’s story a proper direction.

One of the best kdramas IMO
Everything about this drama is amazing , the music , especially the intro its so addicting to watch and satisfying. I never usually get hooked into a drama like this but The Devil Judge just made me watch this all day which is rare for me ahah! The cast is great and especially the main characters, Jung Sun-A was a great antagonist , I also loved how the characters Kang Yo-Han and Kim Ga-On had some tension 😋But yes 10/10. I dont actually see many people recommending this now but take it from the other detailed reviews at me , you defo should watch this 🔥🔥🔥

Fire zombie show
Just finished All of Us Are Dead and honestly, it’s a solid 8/10. Some parts dragged a bit, especially when they were stuck in the school for so long, but overall it kept me hooked. The tension was strong and it didn’t feel like just another zombie show.I liked how they showed the virus spreading and how the government reacted. It made the situation feel a bit too real. The halfbie concept was so interesting. I wish they explored that more, but I get why they’re saving it for Season 2. It reminded me of Resident evil , when they bombed Hyosan it reminded me of raccoon city. I thought they would bomb the whole city but hey that was smarted tbh.
Cheong-san had one of the best arcs, and Nam-ra easily became my favourite. Her storyline felt different, a bit sad but powerful. On-jo had her moments, but sometimes I wasn’t sure how to feel about her. The characters felt like actual teenagers though, which made the dumb decisions more believable. Overall Nam-ra was my fav 😛😛
Sometimes the characters really annoyed me , but whats a good series without annoying characters? There were some upsetting scenes too as well, you could really feel the emotions between the characters. The love triangle was interesting but it turned out right imo. again IMO. the main character lowkey pmo. sorry. But she just did for me.
The visuals were good, the intro actually was short but its the shows theme like kinda summed up, and the acting didn’t feel overdone. Some scenes definitely stuck with me, especially near the end. The finale wrapped things up in a way that made sense but still left room for more.
If Season 2 is done right, it could push the whole series up to a 9. But for now, it’s a really solid watch with just a few flaws.

once u know the story it hits deep
ngl i was confused as hell like the whole movie. timelines jumping, random internet chats, some dude floating in the ocean — i was like wth is going on. but then i looked it up, pieced it together, and damn. this movie hits deep.it’s got that soft, dreamy vibe — like you’re floating in a nightmare but it’s somehow beautiful? the music is ethereal, the beach scenes feel like peace before everything goes to hell, and the whole thing just feels like being trapped in your own head. nothing’s ever said outright, but you feel everything. especially once you realize who’s who online and what actually happened off-screen.
though i wouldnt give it a 10/10 (even though it does have 10/10 vibes IMO) because its not good as the other movies/dramas i watch. but its kinda creative too in a way..
TRUST ME GOOGLE IF U ARE CONFUSED. HELPED ME UNDERSTAND IT!!!
it’s messed up. it’s sad. it’s cold. but it’s also so real. not in a dramatic hollywood way — in a quiet, slow, soul-crushing kind of way. definitely not for everyone, but if you like haunting, broken beauty? this might wreck you a bit.

Vincenzo our Corn Salad
Vincenzo was honestly such a fun watch. From the start, it had this really cool vibe — like the whole Korean-Italian mafia thing was just something new, and it grabbed my attention straight away. For me, its really hard to keep on watching series , the first episode has to impress me. The first episode of Vincenzo was PERFECTION. I was hooked. He is so tuff lmao. Soo it mixes a lot of genres, which I liked most of the time. One minute it’s really serious and dark, and the next it’s kind of silly and funny. Somehow that weird balance worked.I really liked Vincenzo as a character. He’s clever, calm and definitely capable of doing serious damage, but I felt like sometimes the show held him back a bit too much. Like, we know he’s a mafia consigliere, but there were parts where he just felt like a regular guy trying to play by the rules and get justice through the legal system. Which is fine, but also a little frustrating when you know he could’ve handled things way faster if he leaned into his darker side more. I get that if he went full mafia too early the plot would’ve ended quickly, but still. There were times when I really wanted him to stop playing nice.
There were also a few scenes that felt a bit cringey or too dramatic. Especially some of the comedy moments. The plaza tenants were kind of annoying at first, but they did grow on me. By the end, they actually became a proper team and felt like a family. Same with Cha-young !! she was chaotic and bold and funny, and her dynamic with Vincenzo was one of the best things about the show. I liked that they didn’t force a romance. They had chemistry, but it stayed subtle and respectful, which worked way better.
Now the ending : it was actually kind of perfect. Vincenzo goes full mafia. After everything that’s happened, he finally stops holding back and kills Jang Han-seok in a really brutal way. Ties him to a chair, and slowly impales him with the spear of atonement, quite smart icl. I’m not even joking. It’s disturbing but kind of satisfying. And even after that, Vincenzo doesn’t get a happy ending. He can’t stay in Korea, he doesn’t keep the gold, and he doesn’t end up with Cha-young. He leaves. Still a villain. Still in hiding. But you can tell he’s accepted that about himself. He knows what he is.
I’d give Vincenzo a 9 out of 10. It’s not perfect some slow parts, a few cringe moments but overall it’s clever, stylish and has some really great payoffs. I just wish there were a few more scenes where Vincenzo showed the mafia side of him a bit more clearly. He’s not a hero, and that’s what makes him so interesting.

Didnt even put this on hold ?
OHH MY I just finished Weak Hero Class 1, and honestly? That show was something else. It’s intense, emotional, and way deeper than I thought it would be going in. Yeah, on the surface it’s about school violence and bullying, but underneath all of that, it’s really about trauma, identity, loneliness, and how people respond when they feel powerless. The writing and pacing were solid, and the characters all felt so raw and real. Definitely not your average school drama. Now, this might be controversial, but I want to talk about Beom Seok — and just to be clear, this is my opinion only. I know most people hate him or see him as the villain, and I totally understand why. He betrayed people who were actually trying to protect him, and he let jealousy and insecurity take over. I’m not saying what he did was okay. But at the same time, I understood him — maybe more than I expected to.
He’s not just some evil, two-faced character. To me, Beom Seok was someone who was constantly overlooked and made to feel weak, even by those closest to him. That pressure builds up. He didn’t know how to process his emotions or how to handle finally having people in his life who cared. And when you’ve been alone for so long, that kind of closeness can feel uncomfortable , even scary. It’s like he wanted to be seen, but at the same time, didn’t feel like he deserved it.
Honestly? I kind of related to that. Not the extreme parts — not the violence or the whole paying someone to beat up another person situation, obviously .... but just that feeling of not knowing where you fit in, of being insecure, of pushing people away even when you need them. Watching Beom Seok made me feel a little seen, in a weird way. He acted out of pain, and the show didn’t sugarcoat that. It showed the ugly, complicated side of it. Plus he was being abused and then we clearly see he feels singled out (i know how that feels it SUCKS.) so i dont blame him. Others say they like Yeong gi but personally i hated her. Each to their own!
Characters like si eun and su ho were amazing too — si eun with his calm, intelligent way of handling things, and su ho bringing that loyal, protective energy. Their friendship was honestly beautiful. I loved how different they were but still cared for each other deeply!!!
The visuals were clean, the action scenes hit hard, and the emotional moments stuck with me. 9/10!

I was hooked!
Drowning Love hit different IMO. At first, I was loving the vibe with the soft, detached mood, but then things went bad fast — and I wasn’t ready for that. The return of the attemped rapist character? Mate, I had to pause the movie. It made me SO mad. But honestly, that anger just added to how intense the movie is. It drags you through everything, even making you feel all the rage and heartbreak. Also the casting was really good! The characters are both fine and I love how they made the attempted rapist character more ugly than them 2 😋
The whole time, you’re drawn to Kou — he’s this intense, almost like yk mysterious presence that you can’t stop watching. The fire dancing scene, where it’s unclear if he’s even really there. It’s like you’re feeling the emotional chaos more than actually seeing what’s happening.
and the thing with Kou, man… by the end of it, you’re left wondering if he actually died. The movie doesn’t outright say it, but the way everything shifts after that makes it feel like he’s gone. Natsume’s whole tone in the end, how she’s reflecting, almost like she’s mourning someone who isn’t coming back — it hits hard.
The OST was another highlight. The music fits perfectly with the vibes — it really complements the emotional intensity of the film. It adds to the dream-like atmosphere while also pulling you back into the harshness of reality when it needs to. I even downloaded Chasing Kou!!!
I’m not someone who usually sits through an entire movie without getting distracted, but this one? It had me hooked the whole time. The story is really clear and easy to follow, even with all the emotional stuff. And even though I was angry, confused, and sad, it still gets 10 stars. That’s how you know it’s a good film...when it makes you feel everything, good and bad.
