;What exactly was the point of those last two episodes? Did they leave it open for a 3rd season? No confirmation about Ruo Bai which makes me think maybe there could be another one after. And anyone know what was the secret in the box? Can't believe they extended it but left so many questions unanswered.
I started reading the webtoon out of curiosity about what to expect from the drama and surprisingly, I was fairly…
The whole manhwa was just so rushed. No development so i can only assume that the drama will have lots of parts added and adapted to make it longer. Agreed - The ending was horrible. Was just like all is forgiven and he just knocks on the door and asks if he can go in to their marital home with a reply of 'of course' The End. Cr@p.
I watched this drama after it finished screening so I had all episodes translated and ready for watching online.…
From what i can gather ... Hoon is a step-sibling to DK and SK. His dad married DK&SK mother after the father died. Hoon joined family aged 6. He is 33 on the show and SK 44. Not sure what DK currently is as haven't completed it yet
Having to really takes this show on the chin as some of the decisions would just not happen in real life. I much prefer the alternative ending .. makes more more sense and i like that fact they didn't kill him off two.
Some moans about the first ending (correct me if i'm wrong) 1. Why did they assassinate him when he gave up the throne so it's technically Qi Hao's? 2. As if IRL royal emperors would be able to dismiss their concubines. Could you just imagine what that would have done to the royal heritage if the only heir was killed. There was only second brother left (well as far as was mentioned). 3. 9th brother should have been killed for his wrong doings.
All that build up and in the end he turns himself in! i'm so annoyed! He practically killed his whole family and he accepts the apology which didn't even seem heartfelt! i know it's a drama but parts were just so unrealistic that i've dropped major points! far too rushed ending .. i would loved to have seen more of the aftermath of everything. Not enough action. Big part for Liu Sam to play and for the most part did well but his emotional scenes were too stiff. Can tell they weren't real tears. Pets did a fab job. Really felt her emotions just a shame she was wasted on a chocolate teapot (english saying)
I honestly think it's just got going really. The most part i like the friendships but now i'm looking forward to the development of the 'revenge' side. Min Ah is very good in this
Anyone else wish they did a heaven reunion? Think that would have made it a 10/10 for me. Glad that Seung Jae didn't die though .. loved his character.
I thought i heard them say that Ji Sang was 39 nearly 40 but i really can't be bothered to go back and find out lol.
Also DK father died when he was 8. Found that out when he was talking to OHY about his fathers death.
