From what we have seen to date about Ray as that he is very needy. He feels unloved and riddled with guilt over his mums death which he believes he took a part in that. Add to the fact that his dad clearly doesn't give a damn, it not a good combination. Ray needs help and i think Sand could be a rational person to help him through it aside from professional help. He has already addressed his drinking and drug habits and possible the latest episode may have shocked Ray into changing even just that little bit. But what i do know for sure is that the poor boy is just so confused. He has loved Mew since forever and then sand came into the picture. Now he doesn't know what has is feeling is love/lust/possession. Sand has an amazing mum who looks like she would be a good mother figure for Ray. I do ship them.
I paid to be a VIP on Youku for a month to watch this and i wish i hadn't bothered. The subs are terrible. I could get the jist reading the subs for the most part and i used google translate on bits that were translated so bad to help but honestly, unless someone picks this up and submits the subs, don't bother. I did enjoy it though.
P.S. The is no romance what so ever. Yes there are couples but they are not around fot eh most part. No BL and i wouldn't even say there was bromance. Good team spirit and great friends.
