I have completed watching Fake Princess but have not watch Legend of Yunxi yet. Tbh Fake Princess is not really that good compared to this drama For Married Doctress. In the sense of story, plots and castings personally I prefer For Married Doctress. This is based on my view please no hard feelings. As I have mentioned earlier it very rare we get to watch Merxat acting in a ML role hence this drama is one of it. As for the ending of this drama, I won't comment much too. Overall for a total of 24 episodes cdrama, I guess one can't expect too much out from it. I hope in future we get to watch more cdramas with less than 30 episodes or else the longer the drama is the more draggy, boring and lots of flash back which I find is really a waste of time.

That's it! It very rare we get to watch Merxat acting in ML role and this drama is one of it but the ending of this drama is......Anyway I hope he gets more ML role and better drama script to act as he can acts + good looking too. Lol

Finally finished watching this drama and luckily it is only 28 episodes or else it will be very draggy and boring.
For me (my view), I find this story is just average. It was due to Xu Kai that I am watching it. And as usual Xu Kai always acted in this type of role playful, mischievous and yet very smart and good in fighting.
Overall the casting were ok but I like the 2nd ML that is Prince Mu role. The OST is also average to me. What I can summarized for this drama is "All Well Ends Well".

I must thank you, you for your honest feedback. I think you have also wrote a lengthy remarks on this cdrama called And The Winner is Love which is acted by Leo Luo Yun Xi. With your constructive remarks/comments it helps me to choose which dramas I should watch or drop it rather than I spend so much time watching it and ended feeling so disappointed. As for me, I am not a person who is so particular on happy or sad ending as long as the drama has good story, plots & castings and it will be bonus if it comes along with good OST as well.

I am not going to spoil it over here. It's better for you to watch & find it out for yourself but I have indirectly given all a hint.

I did not watch Legend of Yunxi 'coz I read & heard from others that the story end is just meh and Merxat role over there is rather sad. I prefer to watch Merxat acting in ML as most of his dramas he always acted in supporting role.

Anyway I have finished watching it and fully agreed with your points above especially on the FL role who they casted Gong Mi, which I also find she looks a bit mature for her role over. Even the OST in this drama do not seems to impress me compared to Dr. Cutie or My Dear Destiny or Love Better Than Immortality. Definitely the story, plots, costumes & make up is far better than My Dear Destiny (this is based on my view). As for the this drama ending - I feel it's reasonable. Ones cannot expect everything to ends up smoothly right? Someone wins and another have to lose out right?

Fully agreed with your comments over here. This drama is worth watching as it is not too draggy. For me, I think this drama is really under-rated as for a low budget drama, I feel this drama has good story, plots and acting. As for the ending, I think it has to end in such manner so it makes more sense rather than the usual "what people expected ending".

Atm I think this is the first time I watched Merxat Yalkun acting as the ML as most of the time he always acted as supporting role. Overall this drama is fine to me. The acting, costume and make up is okay to me. Besides the FL being playful at the beginning, I think it is fine. Story picks up slowly and since it's a total of 24 episodes so I don't expect too much from it. Only thing is ones need to prepare for the ending. I am not going to spoil it. Go, watch and find it out for yourself. Overall it is worth watching for me.

For a total of 28 episodes cdrama, I can't expect too much out from it. I like both Huang Jun Jie and Zha Jie acting. Their brotherhood bond are good even though both are from different mother but same father. One thing I can't stand is it took the ML so long to notice that the doctor @ FL is a SHE and not a HE. Somewhere around episode 21 onwards, even the 2nd ML has noticed her gender at episode 1. Lol. The ending OST of this drama is nice to listen and lyrics was written in very deep meaning. Overall this drama is light, funny, entertaining and at time drives you up the wall too. Watch this drama to find it our for yourself.

For a low budget drama, I considered this drama is quite good. Good in the sense of acting skill portrait by the ML & FL and even the supporting roles. Story wise nothing new as it's predictable. Plus side is this story is not draggy, makeup and costumes looks reasonable and great acting skill by both leading couples at least the FL is not being loud and does not chase after the ML. Lol. Down side is this story is too predictable with lack of plots and twists. Anyway this is a good drama to binge watching for one who wants to close gap watching few ongoing dramas or long series dramas.

Overall this drama is not to my liking. Why? The make up is terrible especially when the FL turned to become half human half monster, her make up was a disaster to me. Then the costumes it do not look sophisticated as it looks like gowns to be worn during prom or wedding dinner especially the Tai Consort costumes which looks extremely sexy for her age! Lol. Lastly the story itself is not that interesting. It starts off rather funny but towards the middle part of the drama it starts to drag and become boring. Anyway one might have different preferences so I might not like it but others might like it. So watch this drama and decide it for yourself if it is your cup of coffee or tea.

I forced myself to complete watching this drama due to Li Hong Yi role as Qiu Yue. Only his role and another actor - Liu Yi Tong who acted as Qin Liu Feng that attract & impress me. The rest of the role especially Xiao Bai is really very stiff and without any emotional. Whereas the FL that is Chun Hua really irritates me. From episode 1 till 28 her role over here is so dumb, stupid and blind. She always think that Xiao Bai is the 1st guy that she see when she opens her eyes but in fact she sees it wrongly. So imagine from episode 1 till 28 how many stupid and harsh words she has said to the ML - Qiu Yue. Every time problems arises she will always calls out for her fake brother @ ML - Qiu Yue for help and not Xiao Bai. Every time she always creates problem after problem for the ML to settle it. This is the 1st time I am watching a FL roles which is worst than the supporting role. Even Feng Cai Cai role is far much better than hers. Only consolation is it's happy ending and thank to Li Hong Yi role & acting skill or else this whole drama will be a total let down.

Personally I thought of skipping this drama but after reading all the comments and seeing this drama is highly rated over here which makes me change my mind to give it a try.
Firstly, I am not a fan of Zhao Lusi as most dramas she acts, I feel is just average or below average. (No hard feelings to Zhao Lusi fans out there, it is based on my personal view).
Secondly, I don't prefer the story concept of time-travelling, getting stuck in the video game or in a story/script and how FL found her love towards ML and doesn't want to come out from it çoz the whole concept do not make any sense.

Cast aside all the above points, I give this drama a try and find that even though it is about the FL & ML getting stuck in the script. Don't ask me how both of them ended in the role of the story script. Please watch this drama and find it out for yourself.

Selling points is this drama is entertaining, funny, hilarious and most importantly not draggy. A total of 24 episodes is rather acceptable for me. The actors & actresses played their role well in this drama especially both ML & FL which I can feel their chemistry sparkling.
Besides that the supporting roles done their role well too. This drama have unexpected story twists which will keep you binge watching it. The story pace is just right not too slow and it does not lost its momentum which most cdramas tends to fall in this trap.

Overall if you are a person who is interested in romantic & happy ending story then this drama suits your taste perfectly.

This is an average romcom cdrama but the acting for both ML & FL are really on the spot. The chemistry between both leading couples really help to pull up this whole story. Something new such as a pirate king falls head over heel for a general daughter. Besides that this drama do not dragged till 40 or 50 episodes with unnecessary scenes or repeated scenes (even though there are few repeated scenes but it's acceptable!). Another thing is this drama really makes me laughing especially from episode 1 to 10 how the ML tries to woo the FL. Other than the FL keeps on shouting at the ML, if you can accept it then it will be fine. Overall it's an entertaining. easy, simple, direct to the point drama.

I never thought this drama is so good. I guess the writer for Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms & Eternal Love of Dreams is really a great story writer since this story Love & Destiny was also written by her. Overall the story was good plus the great acting by Chang Chen & Ni Ni where we can see their growth of behavior. Eg. Chang Chen was the God of War who is supposed to be a lonely and quiet high immortal but after meeting Ling Xi, he has changed to be a more loving and caring person same goes to Ni Ni - I love her cuteness and later a mature high immortal role too. Overall this drama is watchable with nice OST tracks. If anyone who love romance story with happy ending then this drama is for you!

Actually this drama do not need to drag till 30 episodes. There are many scenes which keeps on repeating. Another thing I can't stand is even though this drama has happy ending but I can't accept the dead door story line. Sigh! Tbh starting from episode 22 onward the story starts to fall flat till the end. It is such a waste that we have good actor like Zhang Ye Cheng and Zhao Lusi acting is such drama.

Fully agreed with you on your comments. This Season 2 was really a big disappointment to me. I don't know it does not seems right from the story line to the castings. As you have mentioned earlier I don't feel any chemistry between the ML & FL and those cringe scenes by the FL really makes my hair stands!
Then the costume for the ML is always the same white robe as it the ML has no other clothes to wear but always wearing the same white costume only.
Aside that the kissing between the ML & FL is so fake. Finally the death door ...... can't the story just ended the ML disappear into air then bringing him back with him losing his memory! I feel so irritated with this type of happy ending!

Then the 2nd lead actor - Yun Mu Yang also another hopeless guy. Why is he that blind? Blind in love and blind in know his biological father. Sigh!

All in all this drama is a total disaster to me and if there is Season 3 with the same castings sorry I will not watch it.

Tbh I have not finish watching this cdrama yet but the first few episodes seems interesting to me.
Why interesting?
'Coz firstly this drama is the nearest to reality not like other cdramas which involves in time travelling or alien boyfriend or girlfriend.
Secondly the lead actor is not a rich business man who can manipulate people with his money.
Thirdly it addresses on most single, not married, zero experience in dating and mature lady (age above 30 years) issues of getting into serious relationship especially with a much younger guy (age differences of 10 years & above). Even we are so-called staying in a modern society certain mindsets are not modern. How society view a mature lady marrying a young man...... is this acceptable in our society or culture?
Last & not least the casting in this drama are well casted for their role. I hope this drama don't disappoint me later.

Lol......actually this cdrama does not caught my attention till Session 2 was released lately. Without reading any comments on this cdrama but just based on it's synopsis I took my risk of watching this cdrama. As predictable I have known from the beginning that the male lead has faked the female lead health since he is damn rich and able to manipulate or control everything under his hands. Actually this story line is quite predictable and sorry to say this the story line is not logic as where can you find a young, calibre, rich and well known guy who will stalk a young innocent city girl? Perhaps this might happens in real life but out of one in a trillion couples. So we just have to seat back, watch and enjoy the funny and cute part of their acting.
