I loved your article! But I'm addicted to skipping... I also drop dramas, but usually after 4 episodes. If i survive…
Doesn't it bother you that you might've missed something good once you skip? Sometimes I want to but then I'm like "oh not this might happen" haha! As a chinese drama watcher, it really bothers me wanting to skip.
I needed this because I REALLY want to drop the liar and his lover. I feel bad for doing so but I also am sick of seeing it on my watch line. More than 3 characters annoy me, the acting isn't that good, and it's like the same emotions in on episode. The female lead is always sad and the male lead lies a lot (I know thats that point). I'm also not in the mood to handle another snobby second lead. I think I'll skip to the two last episodes and erase it from my memory. It's not memorable or that fun. Thanks for this!
So I'm already 28 seconds into this drama and the song and vibe are giving me very good vibes right now. I've seen such much hype on this drama it's about time I start! Although I have like 9 more I need to finish, I just want to be part of the hype right now haha
Also, Rowoon looks super different here and in other shows/dramas. Anyone know why? Hair? Makeup? Lighting?
Yeah I realized that too after watching him on running man. I think it's because of how they use a filter in the show and have a camera quality. none the less he still looks cute and good
The story is great but I wish they told us more.. and I want to know who the writer is :(
lowkey thought on the last episode Haru was the writer. the way she was dressed and everything looked like author material lol but it only lasted for a few minutes. I wish they had explained what the last episode comic book was about and had actually shown everyone like Baek Kyung, Do hwa, and dried squid fairy.
It started off great with a really interesting premise, but what the comments here said are correct. It really…
Agree with the aegyo and the plot holes. I understood their relationship but what confused me was why Haru started liking her. Like what made him want to start drawing those pictures before they even got to know each other? I thought I was just confused but yea there were some plot holes.
EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT ABOUT THIS DRAMA! It was captivated, acting 10/10 and it was completely fresh! Humans realizing…
Rowoon' acting is amazing. I'm not a fanatsy nor have a SF9 song in my playlist but after this he seemed so intriguing that i now want to stan SF9. I need to see more of him and for an idol, he did great period.
I wished they explored into it more. Also, at the start they were making fun of cliche but then haru and dan oh…
I think they did that on purpose. But I see your point. Explore? I didn't see anything really wrong with it. They carried their motive throughout the whole show
I honestly wished juda got with dohwa instead of namjo. Or at least allowed nam ju to have his "ego" so he can…
I defiantly cringed at the line also. I also rolled my eyes a little bit. When I realized she had started becoming aware of herself it made me happy she was sticking up for herself and realizing that was what she had to do. But then I got mad at her character because she acted like she didn't like Nam ju at all and kept telling Do Hwa to "wait" but then she was like I like Nam Ju. Honestly if it were me I'd pick Do Hwa cause he's just such a cutie and I didn't see her point to liking Nam Ju. I get she felt bad that she'd have to act as if she liked him and then secretly date Do Hwa but still...
I respect your opinion but to me the drama isn't overrated. To me the drama was beautifully presented, yes there…
What points do you think needed to be better? I just finished the show and I can't think of any point where i thought the plot was going down hill or needed improvement. So many people are saying this. i don't know why but everytime i finish a drama it's like i forget
Is the story of Namju, Dohwa and Juda really based off Hana Yori Dango (Boys Over Flowers)?
If it is, I don't want to watch BOF anymore because Namju kind of got on my nerves and Juda was boring for me. But I love Do hwa with all my heart. he is a little underrated.
The first half up to ep 8 is good. After that the plot repeats itself and Dan Oh loses her character development…
How was her character development bad? She realized she wasn't the main character and accepted it a little bit. She just didn't want to die because she realized how there was so much she wanted to see and learn in the world than dying. She wasn't really selfish. She couldn't help her feelings for Haru. Hope this didn't come off as rude by the way
It's one of those dramas where I wish I could take back the hours I spent watching it before I dropped it.
The drama isn't even that bad. I can't believe on a really good drama people are giving such bad reviews. The story was creative and thought out, the acting was spectacular and how they could change from different emotions and personalities so quick and the whole plot was good. This was a good drama
You know what I never understood, that Dan-oh was one of the first people to become aware of themselves, and yet…
Yes I agree. But Baek-kyung also had to realize that Dan Oh was a different from the stage. She did not like him and liked Haru. Him trying to force her to like him was absurd and really controlling. I understood where he was coming from but even before he became aware of himself she was falling out of their scripted relationship and started liking Haru. And also she never effected anyone else stories other than herself because she didn't want to get married or die. She changed the main characters stories but not in that bad of a way.
