I agree.. I don't understand when people blast different versions because they are different. ? I don't want to watch the same exact thing again, and it's interesting to see different countries take on it.

I was with you until that last sentence. It's just not true that in western countries guys like to show off their spouse or gf in sexy clothes. Now, women may want to dress that way, up to them, but I don't know why there is this constant misinformation about 'western' sensibilities. My fav... we kiss all the time, when we meet people and etc. ..... laughable.

Why did they talk about the final episode and make it sound like it's next at the end of ep. 8 when there is supposed to be 10 eps?

true, they have never said they were related, but I thought maybe they were keeping it as the twist.. haha.. I think my idea is a little farfetched.. but just trying to piece it together.. Also, it doesn't make sense for her to attack the FL's mother if she just gave Kagami Croquettes laced with poison. So she wouldn't be covering for him if he's out of the picture. I agree, I'll just wait and see. :)

I mean, perhaps the old lady is Kagami's mother and she knows what he is doing and covering for him... but why did she poison him also? Or maybe he was covering for her? But I doubt that. And Kagami's penchant for Croquettes, I knew there was something wrong with them, but it makes sense why he was comfortable to ask the old lady to bring them if that was his mom.. Also, for her to know he was up to no good again so she thought she would end it.. but why attack theb FL's mother? idk, haha.. But this drama better explain about the murder of the family and the ML's dad.

yea, there's so little known about her, why did they break up even, has that been shown? And I've always thought it must be tied to the original murder of that family , but I guess that could include her?

Ack, I'm on ep 16 when I read your comment. I hate open ended dramas. Enough to never start them. I might quit here and see if a second season comes out before I continue. I do appreciate the heads up.

The scene where when the police are at the door and the father is running back and forth behind them had me in stitches.

He was so obvious I thought it wouldn't be him. haha.. I wish the writers were more clever..I always suspected Yoyozuka.. He acted suspicious sometimes, he knew the ML's dad, etc.. but clearly I was wrong, haha

I don't know why, but I think the killer is Yoyozuka Yukio..

OMG, and he's watching his playback while his hand is in ice water being checked for breakage! Possibly a step too far for a scene imo.

I've just started reading the novel, it's pretty cute and funny so far.. However, I can already see the drama will bea somewhat different set up than the novel. Still, the visuals for the drama are beautiful, and I like the leads. I know there's another trailer that has angst written all over it, so I'm hoping it's not to much angst personally.

Ep 1 was a somewhat cute idea for me.. But each ep just gets better and better. I like most of the humor, the actors are great and the evolving mystery and tension is good. I think it deserves a higher star rating.
