Plus there's the fact that Force said that Sand is a complication for Top and one of the writers said that whatever is going on between them, it's gonna make people gag. And frankly if he thinks that Top sleeping with Sand's ex is enough to make me gag, that's disappointing. :D

I hope they do. And from what I gather, GMMTV has been known to break couples in shows before, especially if they are planning on splitting them up in future as a paired duo.

So any rumours that either First & Khao or Force & Book are done as a pair?

Aw, I loved The Eclipse, but mostly for them and for the story it was trying to tell than how it wound up executed. But it's a total comfort show for me, lol (that and Cupid's Last Wish. Yep. That's me, that's my taste).

I do not think that any of the OG couples will couple at the end. That said, I think we might see a couple or two emerge from the wreckage (my money is actually on RayMew because codependency and habit, but wouldn't it be funny if it were something utterly off the wall like SandMew or MewNick or hell, RayNick? I would laugh so hard).

I need Sand to have a spine. It's the only thing that will salvage him for me at this point, haha (not entirely serious but also, dude. I know you're young but you seemed smarter than this the dick can't be that good there are other dicks out there).

Well for Nick and Mew, I figured. But Sand? Granted it's been a long time since I've seen Cruel Intentions, literally all I remember is that Ryan Phillipe's character dies and Reese Witherspoon exposes Sarah Michelle Gellar for the liar she is and then drives away. I remember it felt very much like a pyrrhic victory.

That gives me a little hope for *something* then.

We will! For me, Top's furious reaction makes little sense if they didn't do more than kiss a bit (or even feel each other up tbh) because it was two years ago, who cares? Literally the only reason that I can see Top being that mad is if they went and did the do, because Top is obsessed with Mew's virginity and because Mew has been wielding that same virginity like a weapon this entire time. It'd be one thing if he hadn't been using that as leverage, but he has been. Knowingly. So if he slept with Ray (or if he sleeps with him next ep, although that's murkier but also delightfully messy I kind of want it), then two things just became clear to Top: 1) Mew has been toying with him using his fake virginity as a bargaining chip and 2) Mew is extremely comfortable with the type of lies that can and do break relationships, all the while making it seem like what he wants with Top is an honest one.

Which means Top is going to come out for blood, because one thing I know about players: they hate being played.

I do and I also tend towards cynicism (although if you're a MewRay shipper it's really hopeful, ha!) so it's...yeah. It's a whole thing. Sorry. 🤣🤣🤣

Make him less of a sad sack lol. Just a little. I love him because well I would anyway, but it's like...where's the mess? Is he really gonna be boiled down to the character who is forced to act as Ray's therapist and emotional support/punching bag until he gets his shit enough together to be a viable option for the dude he really wants? Where's my baseball bat wielding menace from the mock trailer? I liked him.

I feel like it would have been interesting if Sand were actually emotionally unavailable, instead of just pretending to be.

Also I'm really really bitter that it looks like instead of getting exes from TopSand I'm getting bitter cuckold instead. Look I was really devoted to that idea okay? It would have made my whole year.😝

(I'm mostly joking with this and he's not *uninteresting* per se. I probably shouldn't have used that word. I don't think First could play an uninteresting character. He just feels predictable at this point, like in spite of knowing next to nothing about him I still know everything because I've seen this guy before a million times)

Well, regarding Sand and Ray...hm.

Still my least favorite although I feel like they're getting the most emotional weight right now. I feel bad for Sand, because he knows exactly what's gonna happen but he's a dumb twenty two year old who's gonna let it happen anyway. Whatever Ray feels for him (and i personally think he's just using him as an emotional crutch/someone to talk to when his friends are busy) , it doesn't actually matter in the end because in the end Ray will always pick someone else. And it's just a waiting game before Sand finally figures that out for real.

I get why they gave the story to these two if the alcohol will be involved more, but I am also annoyed that they seem to be going the most boring route with Sand as a character. My guess is Top slept with his ex and that's why Sand hates him, so now we have him cuckolded and stuck in a doomed situationship with an emotionally unavailable drunk. My guess is one of his parents is an alcoholic too, just to round out the trifecta of predictability. I'm still probably gonna sympathize with him because First, but honestly what a waste of both a potentially interesting character and a great actor.

Now BOSTON on the other hand I'm loving. There's a dude who just runs around causing all the carnage because he's gonna get what he wants and he doesn't care who he has to step on or break to do it, and frankly, the mess lover in me applauds it. He's gonna set Ray after Mew, climb right up on Top's dick, and keep Nick dangling on a string as well because like Ray, he's using him to feed his emotional needs while giving nothing back, and all the while the only person he's really thinking about is Boston. Good for him at least for now, because right now, he's also the only one who is winning.

And I do feel bad for Nick but also I feel *really* bad for Boston because Nick is the psycho that Boston has no clue he's just unleashed. My guess is Sand is gonna tell Nick to keep quiet about the sex tape (or well. Sex recording) because of his conflicted Ray liking Mew feelings (like I said, most predictable, boring thing they can do with him), and that will cause a fight later. But also I think Nick should blackmail Boston with it, because why not. Blackmail him, get exactly what he wants, and then when he gets bored send the thing to Mew.

Top is a whole moron but I have to believe Ray and Mew did have sex (and I believe they will probably have sex again next ep, I have thoughts about those two) for him to get so mad - I might be a little pissy about that too, tbh. And it would be just like Mew to decide that the time with Ray doesn't count and he wants to reset his virginity the same way he reset agreeing to be Top's boyfriend. Makes Ray even more pathetic for sticking around, though, unless he was too drunk to remember.

And Mew? Still think that he's a manipulator but not on the same scale that I once did. I don't think it was on accident that both times Ray seemed to be looking at someone else he showed up to tell him how great it was and that it might help him be less lonely. I also think that he got in over his head with Top but doesn't realize it. Not emotionally - I don't think Mew cares for Top at all. I think if he truly cares for anyone it's probably Ray - but now that Top knows (or thinks he knows) exactly what game they're playing he's going to play harder, and Top is better at it. Unless the video he saw gets cleared up right quick Top's feelings ain't entering the equation any more than Mew's currently seem to be, and he's going to have zero problems playing dirty to get what he's ultimately after.

Aside from my annoyance about Sand, I'm so ready for this mess to commence. I hope that everything in the trailer is over by ep 6 and we go into the back half knowing absolutely nothing.

It's quite possible he does have feelings for Ray. Especially if Ray was his first.

Frankly I don't think his 'encouragement' was encouragement I think it was reminding him who he really wants. But I am a fan of Mew being a manipulative shit so one must always keep that in mind when talking to me.

If it's Mix and he's also the one who has the scene with First that he talked about before the premiere the noise I will make will be heard round the world. They were so good together in MLC that I've been basically begging to see them together again since, lol.

I really liked Nithan too, but I also just adore Mild. But yes, Florence is a lot of fun.

And yes! Irin and Hack are exactly what I was hoping for from this show. I have hopes for whatever's going on with Pine and August, but not too much hope because unfortunately Off tends to leave me cold. But hopefully.

Also hoping that if Hunter does have some former lover that's gonna show up that it's a hot mess.

That is specifically what I was thinking of! I want it so badly.

Finally some real messiness out of this show - Irin and Hack are a full on disaster and I am unexpectedly into it.

Florence is the best. I love her already even if she is a little high handed. Can't wait to see where she and Nathee wind up.

Well I think that Boston fits the Brian mold only in that he likes to have sex with lots of strangers and doesn't believe in relationships. But if there is in fact a comparison to be made I don't really think it goes much farther than that. Nick is certainly no Justin. And yeah I see a little bit of Justin in him too in that apparently his one night with Top rocked his world so much he can't get over it.

Unless (and this is my opinion) this is actually less about Top than it is about Mew. And no, not some unrequited love deal (please god no Ray and Top are enough), but more a competition. If Boston sees Mew as the antithesis to everything he is - the foil to his bad boy, don't care about anything but getting off and getting gone persona - then his fixation on Top makes a lot of sense. Because if he can get Top away from Mew, get him to want him and to take what he's offering even as he works to lock Mew the ideal into a relationship, then Boson wins.

Sorry I have a lot of Boston thoughts. :D
