There might be other dramas of which I watched that are better, but these 3 are memorable, be it the characters, the story/dialogues or the emotions that made me feel while watching. :D

This has joined my top 3 kdramas with sports content along with racket boys and run on.

We are in a very early stage of the story (4th episode) and theories have been flowing here and there.
I actually don't want to think too deeply about a lot of stuff, but I just cannot help but think that the title is not giving us a lot of information but it may also be giving us a lot.

I think it hints that this story focuses on the age they were 25 and 21, and after that, you might guess that their season in life to be together is at peak and will no longer continue after that.

Just typing this made me sad already. This is why I don't want to think too deeply and get ahead of myself. oh well.

true, this reminds me of the Reply series (only because of the format of going back and forth to past and future) but at the same time, I can conclude that this is different and see it as uniquely beautiful too. :)
So far, I am loving the way they do storytelling and the amount of screen time to each characters are adequate. This will surely help me process and not just focus on the potential main couple and the disaster they might or might not have in the middle. hehehe

This maybe late, and you might have figured it out by now, but I think it is because of the different surnames.

It is refreshing to see main characters who meet in their late teenage life rather than a compulsory-childhood-encounter-to-have-more-backstory in many of kdramas.
I mean, that rarely happens in real life.

Then they better give us a satisfying explanation why they have to drift apart, and compensate by giving us a reunion of second chance. ahahha, am I too demanding??

Nevertheless, I will wait and enjoy as the story unfolds and just hope for the sound mind of the writers. hahahah

an HD quality of 90s setting. This is what we need right now, a comfort to all the things that we are deprived of the things that we took for granted.

I mean, because there were no cellphones and sns back. So you have no choice but to hang out with those closest in vicinity with you. And girl, you would really have a high chance of being hooked with a neighbor or of the same town, and not worry about him having someone in an LDR. I mean, getting hitched these days is so hard!!. Sometimes I think that I would rather have a decent arranged marriage than getting second hand embarrassments trying to get attention of people whom you are unaware, are already taken. And with that fear, might not try mingling at all.

I might have to take a break from romance materials, because these days, they are most likely evolving into a sub-category of fantasy. It is influencing our unrealistic expectations and just being addicted to the happy hormones it gives.
A commendation to this drama though, I realize the thing that I am most hooked with romance genre, is not the romance at all but the hope and encouragement it gives that life is good, and it is worth living. Falling in love with another person, letting others love you, and just being in love with life itself; and in living it with other people , that is what makes it more precious.

Because that scene in episode 4, present year scenes where in Min Chae (daughter) mentioned not knowing who Yi Jin is, and an eerie atmosphere when Hee Do's mom said something about meeting Yi Jin... I mean, what just happened in the past? Did romance develpoed but a bittersweet romance?? I hope they will just stay friends if it is like that.. I don't know, I just don't like aches and hurts. BUT this drama might give me damage.

There is no one bad ost in this drama.

I just somehow add to my playlist 1 or 2 osts from a drama but OBS and suits (korean remake) have a great list of osts that I added most of it to my library and leaving maybe only 2 songs.


I prefer kpop male group songs, but when it comes to osts, I would always be obsess more of female artists piece.

not gonna lie, started this because of the casts, then stayed for both storytelling and cinematography and then finished it because of the osts!! heheheheh

almost a month after this ended but the osts of this masterpiece are still my favorite to put on loop.

it still feels surreal that this is ending next week. I am not ready to say goodbye to all of them. I enjoy every second of this drama that this did not feel like a chore to watch.

The last time I felt like this was in prison playbook. 16 episodes did not feel that long at all. The story felt like it can go for 16 episodes more and I will still be willing to wait for it weekly.

Actually I think he has adequate expression but those expressions and his mannerisms are both very familiar that I cannot unsee his other roles with this one.
Not yet, and I am hoping that I will see Yi Jin as a character.
