Rewatching because I crave friendship like Hikaru and Sora. Where in I can blabber on anything and do together a hobby. Offer me a 3 rings availability and just be there when I am in my lowest. Cheering one another in life and love.
Maybe it's because I already watched the original that I could care less about the family issue and got more invested on how they'll play out the romance. I am glad that this version did not even leave any hint for love triangle between the leads.
Sanha was so broken when he met Juwon. He did not like his situation and his parents were as helpless as he is that he developed hate in being his own company. This is why he can see Juwon as someone who can make him like himself again, and living life for that matter As for Haejun, he basically was a happy kid. He had his mom, his auntie, and he was old enough to get excited to have a father and a younger sister only to be left and tossed out and was left to be labeled as a kid who needs to try hard to please others. And to think that he was already a pleasant kid to begin with, but he was constantly dragged down to "put back in place" (wherever that is). Came, basketball, which he was good at and I want to believe that it has become something that he truly likes. He sees Juwon as someone to protect not because he needs Juwon (he teases and bickers with her a lot, he supports her mishchief, she was his younger sister at first sight). It was a natural response and he was allowed to have interests and life outside Juwon like basketball, friends, being occupied with the return of his mom, dealing with auntie - genuinelyappreciate her but the pain it comes with it is inevetable. He can continue living his pleasant life because of Juwon, and more so, because of the dad. :)
Sanha on the other hand, sees Juwon as a form of escape and or courage to face his everyday. She is his comfort to make his childhood bearable. The kindness he got made him see Juwon as someone he appreciates and need and eventually love.
20 would be too Long trust me and bore people away and drop ratings. I'm even scared of the 16 EPs and 70 minππ…
maybe, and I'm guessing, many people who are here came from the original, who already knew the story, so a long repeat/recap would be too much. Hehehe.
aging so fine. please another romcom, his smile always gets me. I had a hard time getting started with Tomorrow with you but when it ended, I had a hard time topping it with another drama. And watching Chief Detective with his smily character made me miss Yoo So Joon so muchhh
Middle child had it hard then.. π
