And eventhough she is not as passionate as her fellow 1st year residents, yet she still cares for her patients and colleagues in her own way. She is not driven with ultimate passion tied with unreasonable expectations. She is there due to unavoidable situations, forced even, but she shows up, works hard, lend help to her colleagues, learn how to better handle patients and guardians alike and just continue to be herself, even though she is not the "role model" doctor yet. :)
