Unpopular opinion...The novel is better than the drama, the drama started out great but as soon as they started…
"Like in the last episode, when you are in a dangerous situation and someone is chasing you ay - is this the perfect moment you choose to have a heart-to-heart talk??"
You do realize that it's a common thing in Kdramas right?? :D
I thought it was a good decision. Because the house was a representation of the state of their marriage. And now that they married for love, the house should have more warmth, especially since they're planning to have kids.
Compared to Crash Landing On You, I felt that the writing in Queen of Tears was quite messy. There were unnecessary…
I found Eun Sung more tragic to be honest 💔 He was so starved of love that he held on tightly to Hae In, desperately hoping that she could fill that void. Oh yeah it was the mom who was truly evil. I like villains like her. She's truly despicable (like Jang Han Seok and Myung Hee in Vincenzo).
First, i really like this show. But come on...I'm being chased by an armed lunatic.I take the time to kiss my…
That's nothing. Imagine falling off a cliff without any fracture or puncture to your vital organs...and then admitted to the hospital only for the doctors to diagnose you with some really minor injuries and even healthy enough to be discharged to visit an amusement park 🫠
So the reason for Sa Eon's disappearance had something to do with that accident after all. Predictable as it may…
I know 🥺The guilt of being directly related to the man who caused this much damage and pain to Hee Joo must be too much for him to bear and he needed to get away 💔 Baek Jang Ho is the true villain in this drama. I'm looking forward to the revelation of Hong Il Kyung's secret later in the finale.
Waiting for netflix to upload eposide 12! Thankfully its morning here, so i can wait! One question i want to ask…
It was explained in Episode 11. He saw real Sa Eon causing a ruckus inside fake Sa Eon's office building because he wanted to talk to him. He got interested in the guy because he was spouting words of revenge so he did the investigation on real Sa Eon (funny that he didn't dig deep enough to discover his identity...but then again, he just followed real Sa Eon around 😅) and eventually reached out to him. Sang Woo invited the orphans to the Baek mansion because he wanted them and the real Sa Eon to be friends and play together. But real Sa Eon killed them instead because he was born a psychopath. One of the victims was Do Jae's twin brother. If you watched up until Episode 11 you'll know the answers.

Yes he did at the hospital and I also mentioned it before in YT that his dialogue was a foreshadowing to the finale because they retained some elements from the web novel. I honestly think that they should really dig up the details of that tragic accident because it was the starting point of Hee Joo's misery, when she was forced to be mute by her horrible mother. It was that accident that somewhat destroyed her life. I'm okay with this speculation but I hope we will uncover something unexpected. Kind of like the revelation that Sa Eon's fake mother murdered Baek Jang Ho. Fans already knew about the switch and how much she suffered but nobody really thought about that possibility that she herself would kill her father-in-law.
very well explained disappearance element. i couldn't agree more. 👏https://x.com/KSZYjnMF2Jf7Ir5/status/1875332406540222874?t=Hcm6g4iq3p6fNGTxlb9rPQ&s=19
So the reason for Sa Eon's disappearance had something to do with that accident after all. Predictable as it may be, it's consistent with where the drama is going with its narrative. And Hee Joo's stepfather may play a key role this time.
Seriously how many of us would have just ran him over. The end.
I would haha. But I kinda pity him. He's a very tragic character. Yes he is a madman because his brain is wired that way and not because of his own choice, unlike some villains in other Kdramas. He's inherently deranged but his family background made it worse. I like how the actor portrayed his madness, with the ticks and all.

I know right? I never saw a single negative review when it was just a few episodes in. I got so curious so I ended up watching and I eventually understood why a lot of people loved it. The way the story unfolded, the pacing, the flow, the acting and chemistry between the leads, the way the events were interwoven pleasantly surprised me. I never expected to love it, considering the source material. And honestly I have to give credit to Yoo Yeon Seok and Chae Soo Bin, especially Yeon Seok whose performance truly carried this drama to its level of popularity now.
I felt I feel the same way about the first episode but it got a lot better. But everybody has different tastes.…
This Kdrama is one of the very rare, very few that truly deserve the hype. I highly encourage you to continue watching. In addition to the beautiful romance, it's the friendships and relationships that developed between Se Ri and the North Koreans and how it managed to humanize the people from this sad communist state that made it unforgettable for me. It's honestly such a beautiful, wholesome and heartwarming Kdrama that will surely be considered a classic in the years to come.

It's always been like that. If a drama suddenly becomes popular, other people start challenging it and dragging and tearing it down. I've rarely encountered a Kdrama as near perfect as Crash Landing On You for example that truly deserve both its critical acclaim and commercial success (the villain was the only weak link IMO). Yet people started hating it when it reached global popularity and recognition. People don't like to be outdone with their drama preferences I guess and just want to prove that the show doesn't deserve all the hype and love it's getting *because their favorite drama is better.* I started watching WTPR when it had released just 2 episodes. It had nothing but positive reviews which influenced me to watch it even though I initially found the trailer cringe. But now that it's getting more recognition, it gained new haters as well.

Yeah I can just imagine Gyu Jin's deep resentment brewing at seeing Grandpa Baek giving him a loving fatherly gaze while growing up when her own son was murdered beforehand. This is just sick but it's not impossible, knowing the Baek family to be this supposedly powerful political dynasty. They can do the most insanse things to preserve their high status.
so to make sure that I have this big clusterf*ck rightBSE is the son of the old guy who was killed by the real…
"...with the family swimming in the evil deep end of the gene pool it's no wonder and a damn miracle BSE didn't become evil like the rest of that evil and insane family..."
I was wondering the same thing when the spoiler that fake Sa Eon's real father was Grandpa Baek started floating around. How can he remain relatively sane compared to his family if every single one had some sort of personality disorder? The only plausible thing I can think of is his biological mother's genes 😅 Who could she be? But the series won't reveal that for sure. It's pretty insignificant now considering the show will end today. I'm still in the position where I believe that the earth-shattering truth that fake Sa Eon learned from psycho Sa Eon was that the former was responsible for Hee Joo's tragic life merely because he was Grandpa Baek's real son. The drama is heading to that direction and it would be consistent with the narrative. But I'm happy to be proven wrong too.
