aaaah I was so excited for this! I think I may just wait on it a bit longer, hopefully, the subs will be sorted and there will be more episodes to watch π
So hear me out. I have a crazy theory. What if Ji Dong Hee is the boy who apparently killed her mother ( the one…
Yeah it's been a theory for a few episodes now that JDH might be the killer, there's just a lot that lines up and points to him. He's the only one close enough to CCY to have a motive. Like literally something happens right after CCY has talked about someone. I'm not sure how Sun Jae's brother is going to fit yet, but I guess he's connected somehow. JDH is definitely pretty shady.
The first episode was okay, I found myself getting a little bored in the middle, but I will definately keep going with EP.2 . I actually quite like Song Kang's character so far, he's like a small ball of sunshine in an over all depressing episode about the awfulness of human beings tbh (I will go camping with you! ;D).
Interested to see more of the weather side of it too
I really enjoyed the 1st episode! The acting was great, I really felt his panic in the scene where KHS finds HGH dead, that was seriously one of the worst cleaning attempts I've ever seen. πDebating watching ep.2 now or waiting until more is released...
I've watched the BBC version so I already know the story so I may wait a little until there's more episodes to binge watch. π
I loved the original Criminal Justice! It was pretty short from what I remember, but very good all the same with a lot of twists and an interesting take on the justice/prison system. I never got around to watching the US remake, but I heard it was good? I love that KSH was cast for this, I think his acting will be perfect for the role of Kim Hyun Soo (Ben in the original) π
It's taken a while to gather my thoughts after Ep.6 omg π±It seems no matter what our main leads think they are bound to be involved with each other whether they like it or not (I think they like it ππ). I wonder if they've met more times in the past...
There were a few moments in this episode where Du Sik looked on the verge of tears a few times (and he did actually cry I know). Especially when he gave Hye Jin the umbrella back he genuinely looked super upset πMr Cafe guy was right, he really needs someone to talk to and lean on. My heart bleeds every time I see his sad dimple face π
I've been on twitter and there's quite a few wife & child theories floating around there too. I mean, if it is, then this turns into a really heavy melodrama tbh my heart aches just thinking about the possibility. That would be utterly life shattering for him. πGam Ri halmeoni jokes he can't find a wife in episode 2 and his reaction was pretty nonplussed. You'd also think Gam Ri, who looked after him after his Grandpa died, would know if he got married, right? π§ I'm guessing she's his mother. Because he looks at the photo right after talking with the cafe owner about not having parents. That's how the scene reads to me anyway π
Finally, omg the ending πππ the dancing, the gentle teasing and Sung Hyun making his long awaited entrance back into Hye Jins life was spectacular. Du Siks face was priceless π
