The chemistry between the two was so cute! The way he looks at her 🥵. I just didnt like how the plot was a constant repetition of FL getting captured and ML breaks through the door and saves the day. The styling and cinematography is beautiful tho! I loved the dance scene in the club and their kiss in the car.
Whenever Zhao Lusi cries I start to cry. My heart broke for Xu Yan ep4, She didn’t choose to be born in her poor family. She worked so hard to get to where she is now. I’m so scared when her lies will eventually crumble.
But I honestly prefer Ma Lie Jie’s ver. This version has more emotion, angst and yearning. Also the son is actually more involved in the plot.
